CRIME REPORT 25 MARCH

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 28/12 Dated 24/03/122 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Roop Singh I/O of P.S. Padhar that at Kahara a Bolero jeep (HP65-1689) fell down about 100 feet downward from the road which was driven by driver Ram Lal. In this mishap Mathru Devi W/O Ram Lal, Ram Lal S/O Sh. Amarnath all resident of Vill. Khani PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi HP sustained injuries and Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Vill. Khani PO Kamand Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi was declared dead by the MO ZH Mandi. ASI Roop Singh I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO FALLING

2. On 24-3-2012, Chitter Bhadur S/O Rattan Bhadur R/O Vill. Khursani PO & Tehsil Vidur Distt. Nawakot (Nepal) aged about 36 years was working as labouror in Hydro Project Balh and he was died due to falling from a Dhank and no body suspects about his death. Post-mortem of the dead body was carried out at C.H. Jogindernagar and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. was carried out by the local police of P.S. Padhar.

CASE OF THEFT

3. Case FIR No. 25/12 dated 24/-03/12 U/S 379,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the written complaint of Sh. Munshi Ram S/O Late Sh. Hetu Ram VPO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 02/03/12, Hoshiar Singh S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O Vill. LAtwari PO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi and Nok Ram S/O Sh. Chinta Ram R/O Vill. Dhara Kothi PO Saroa Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi have been stolen away 50 pairs of cable of BSNL department having approximately cost of Rs. 15,200/-. ASI Hans Raj is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 26/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Manni Devi W/O Late Sh. Kanhiya Lal R/O Vill. Bakhadog PO Shalla Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that today at about 8 AM she was going from Mahunag temple to her shop at Tarror and on the way Tara, Jhabo Ram, Bimla Devi and Reeta Devi R/O Banni obstructed her way and beat her up along wither son Khumesh, daughters Soma and Kiran. HC Inder Singh No. 35 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EVE TEASING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 85/12 dated 24/03/12 U/S 509,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Miss Usha Devi D/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Karnehra PO Galma Distt. Mandi that she is student of GNM at Lal Bahadur Shashtri School of Nurshing at Haryana. Vivek Suman was her class mate during the year 2008 in GSSS Bhangrotu and they both knows to each other. Now Vivek Kumar is sending obscene SMS in her mobile since last 5-6 months and also threatening her with dire consequence. Vivek Kumar also sent such obscene messages to the college management and college management had suspended her from the college. SI Rajender Singh Addl. SHO P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6. Case FIR No 67/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Khub Ram S/O Sh Rattan Chand R/O Bharnal PO Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat that he was traveling in by a bus which was bounded from Sundernager to Sujanpur and when said bus reached at Upper Bhambla, in the mean time a Truck (HP 24B-4047) hit a person namely Hari Ram who was crossing the road and he sustained injuries. HC Baldev Chand IO of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

7. Case FIR No 66/12 dated 24/03/12 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by HC Amrit Lal I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sarkaghat bazaar and during the course of patrolling he found that Vijay Kishor S/O Lakhan Singh Village Badwari Kala PO Nameni Tehsil Kasal Distt Kashi Ramnagar UP at present C/O Raj Kumar R/O Behar was selling fruits on the road side at Sarkaghat Bazaar which was causing obstruction to the general public and traffic. HC Amrit Lal I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

8. Accused Jagdish Chand S/O Hari Ram Village Chandesh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat, Yogeshwari Devi W/O Sh. Ishwar Dass Village Chandesh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat, and Anjna Devi W/O Sh Jagdish Chand Village Chandesh PO Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat were arrested by HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat on 24/03/12 who were wanted in case FIR No 31/12 dated 15/02/12 U/S 147,149,447,451,504,506 IPC.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

9. Accused Baldev Chand S/O Sh Nanak Chand R/O Village Kharsal PO Bhambla Tehsil Satkaghat Distt Mandi has been arrested by SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat who was wanted in case FIR No 28/12 Dated 12/02/12 U/S 363,366,120B IPC.


CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT, INTIMIDATION AND MISCHIEF

10. Case FIR No. 32 44/12dated 24/03/12 U/S 451,323,504,427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Abdul Satar S/O Sh. Jamal Deen R/O Dugrain PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi at present shopkeeper at Kanaid that on 24/03/12 he was present in his shop, in the mean time Salim S/O Sh. Gulzar R/O Dinak and Noor Mohammad came there and they both beat him up. And he sustained injuries. ASI Shiv Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

11. Case FIR No. 32/12 Dated 25/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/O of P.P. Balichowki that on 25/03/12 at 6.30 AM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Shalari Mod and during the during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 liter lahan from the possession of Satu Devi W/O Late Sh Devi Ram R/O vill. Till PO & Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi HP. Accused has been arrested and investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki Distt Mandi HP .

CHALLANS

12. 54 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act,  7 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered and 2 challans were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
