CRIME REPORT 11 MARCH

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 30/12 dated 10/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar that Het Ram S/O Sh. Bharstu Ram R/O Vill. Takwar Tehsil Sundernagar Ditt. Mandi driver of maruti car (HP32-0190) struck above car with parapet at Gumma due to rash and negligent driving and he along with other three occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTIING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 31/12 dated 11/03/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Langna Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that on 10/03/12 at about 07.30 PM he went to attend a function along with Kali Dass, Manoj Kumar and Dina Nath in the house of Sh. Udham Singh. At about 09.30 PM after attending function he came back along with above persons to his home and when they reached at Langna, Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Lalit Kumar R/O Ghared PO Langna obstructed his way and beaten him up. ASI Subhash Chand is investigating the case.

CASE OF PREVENTIVE ARREST

3. Gantu Ram S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Darat Bagla PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi has been arrested on 10/03/12 U/S 107/15 Cr.P.C. by ASI Purshotam Dass I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar who is being produced before SDM Jogindernagar.

4. Case FIR No. 51/12 dated 11/03/12 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O Vill. Jhadyar PO Kango-Ka-Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that on 10/03/12 he went to attend a marriage party at Jhadyar. At about 10 PM Bony S/O Sh. Surender, Aajad S/O Sh. Surender, Om Chand and Ambuj beat him up. ASI Hans Raj I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5. Case FIR No. 21/12 dated 11/03/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Smt. Chambelu Devi W/O Sh. Nek Ram R/O Devdhar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 09/03/12 she was working in her courtyard, in the mean time Man Singh S/O Sh. Khem Dass, Krishna Devi W/O Sh. Khim Dass and Jaut Devi entered in her courtyard and beaten her up. ASI Ashwani Kumar I.O. of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

MEETING OF COMMUNITY POLICING SCHEME

6. Today Sh. Hira Singh Thakur, Addl. S.P. Mandi conducted a meeting under community policing scheme at P.S. Aut in which about 20 members of community scheme participated.

CASE OF EVE TEASING & INTIMIDATION

7. Case FIR No. 62/12 dated 11/03/12 U/S 509,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Miss. Aruna Chandel D/O Sh. Hoshiar Singh Chandel at present student of BBA in Abhilahsi College that owner of mobile phone number 9736908157 is calling since last ten days on her mobile phone number 9857397499 and used obscene language and also threatened her. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND SC/ST ACT

8. Case FIR No. 39/12 dated 10/03/12 U/S 147,148,149,506 IPC and U/S 3 of SC/ST Act is registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Mehar Singh S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram R/O Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 04/03/12 he went to Kamaksha Devi temple and he heard noise inside the temple and saw that Ramesh Sharma, Chet Ram, Pujari Muni Lal, Pujari Parma Nand, Prem Dass, Jia Lal and Dharmender Singh etc. were beating Priest Bansi Lal and his three sons inside the temple. On this he tried to enter the inside the temple. On this Chet Ram and Ramesh Sharma called villagers of Kao village that "Pradhan Mehar Singh Dagi (caste SC)" is entering inside the temple. On this villagers of Kao village came there and beat him up. Inspector Prakash Chand SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

9. 132 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,050/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 21 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2100/- was recovered. 1 challan issued under Mining Act.
