CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND OR HUSBANDS’S RELATIVES AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 67/12 U/S 498A, 323, 34 IPC dated 14/3/2012 has been registered in P.S Balh on the complaint of Smt. Neetu Devi W/o Sh. Ajay Kumar R/O Vill. Makdana PO Jhanduta P.S Sadar Distt. Bilaspur that she got married with Ajay Kumar R/O Makdana PO Jhanduta P.S Sadar Distt. Bilaspur on 19/10/2010. After marriage her husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law harassed her mentally and physically and on 14/03/2012 her husband beat her up. When her father came there and tried to stop him, than he also beat him up. Her father sustained injuries. PSI Vinod Thakur I/O P.S Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2. Case FIR No.66/12 dated 14/03/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O of PP Rewalsar P.S Balh that on 14/3/12 at about 3.05 PM he was going to Rewalsar towards Nerchowk by a bus, when he reached near Hawani more, than he recovered 9000 ML country liquor in the bus seat No 6-7. Police is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

           

3. Case FIR No. 68/11 dated 15/3/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S Balh on the complaint of Const. Lekh Ram No. 112 P.S Balh that on 14/3/12 he was on patrolling 11 PM to 5 AM sift at beat No. 4 along with HHG Tara Chand NO. 6/8-31 at Nerchowk to Truck Union Nerchowk at about 12.15 AM a M/Cycle (HP 31A 4783) came from Mandi side very rashly and negligently and hit with HHG Tara Chand. Due to which Tara Chand sustained injuries.

CASE OF WRONGFUL RESTAIN, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT (EVE TEASING)

4. Case FIR No. 24/12 dated 14-3-12 U/S 341, 342, 504, 506, 509, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Padhar on the written application  of Sh. Beli Ram S/O Sh. Dharu Ram R/O Village Dhar Kasain PO Jhatingri Tehsil J/Nagar Distt. Mandi that on 24-2-2012 at about 8.30 pm he was present at his house then one unknown person came there along with three person and told him that he is a police person from P.S Padhar  and  they all misbehave with him and with family members and thereafter they took him and put him police lockup in P.S Padhar. ASI Charan Singh I/O P.S Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

           

5. Case FIR No. 25/12 dated 15-3-2012 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Rajkumar @ Hansu S/o Sh. Himmat Ram Vill Raddu PO Uppar Baihli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 14-3-12 at about 7.30 PM he along with Pawan kumar and Noor Mahi were going to Bajoura by a Pick-up ( HP65-2918) ,which was driven by Pawan Kumar at about 10 PM when they reached near Katindhi, driver Pawan Kumar was driving very rashly and negligently and fell down from road about 500 mtrs. They all sustained injuries. ASI Charan Singh I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No.33/12 dated 15/03/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I/O PP Ladbharol against Balbir Singh S/o Late Sh. Gopal Singh R/o Balotu PO Ladbharol Distt. Mandi at present running Karyana shop at Balotu. He has been sailing wine/liquor in his shop without permit. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I/O PP Ladbharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF WRONGFUL RESTRAIN AND HURT

7. Case FIR No.54/12 dated 14-3-12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Ganga Ram R/O H.No.174/4 Suhra Mohalla Tehsil & PS Sadar Distt. Mandi at present Class-IV employee in consumer Forum Mandi that on 14-3-12 at 9.30 P.M he was coming back from Mandi Bus stand and when he reached near Truck Union in the mean time 3-4 persons obstructed his way and beaten him up. HC Shiv Singh No. 894 is investigating the case. 

ARREST OF ACCUED IN PREVIOUS CASE

8.       Gian Chand S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Chandyal PO Tikker Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by HC Balam Ram No.540 , in case FIR No.53/12 dated 14-3-12 U/S 457,380 IPC .and he will be produce before court Today afternoon.  

CASE OF THEFT & TG ACT

9. Case FIR No 22/12 Dated 15-3-2012 U/S 379 IPC & 5 TG. Act has been registered in P.S BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sukh Ram Kehal JTO SNR that on 14-3-2012, Ganeshu Ram TM informed him that he was on patrolling than he  found some unknown culprits have been stolen away  200 mtr cable wire (50 pairs) at Rohanda Nala . The total value of stolen cable is Rs. 22,400.  HC Karan Sigh IO PS BSL Colony SNR is investigating the case.

CASE OF RAPE

10.  Case FIR NO. 42/12 dated 15-3-12 U/S 376 IPC has been registered in P.S Karsog on the complaint of a girl village of Tehsil & PS Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 14-3-12 she was going to her uncle home at Shil, and when she reached at Kehalu than Shukaru R/o Vill. Shil met her on the way and raped her. Accused has been arrested and ASI Jhabe Ram I/O PP Pangna is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

11. Case FIR No 55/12 Dated 14-03-12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered at PS Sarkaghat by HC Baldev Singh No. 896 I/O PP Hatli that on 14/3/12 he was on patrolling than he recovered 3350 ML country liquor from the possession of Praveen Kumar S/o Sh. Jai Singh R/o Ranshal PO Narola Tejso; Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi . HC Baldev Singh No. 896 I/O PP Hatli is investigating the case. 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

12. Case FIR No 56/12 Dated 14-03-12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered at PS Sarkaghat by HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I/O PP Hatli that on 14/3/12 he was on patrolling than he recovered 3350 ML country liquor from the possession of  Prakash Chand S/O Sh Milkhi Ram  R/O VPO Bhambla  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi. HC Chaman Lal  No. 907 I/O PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

13. Case FIR No 54/12 Dated 14-03-12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Chandravati W/O Sh Radhe Lal  R/O Village & PO Pehar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on the intervening night of 13/14-03-12 some unknown person  have stolen away the Gas Cylinder along with gas regulator, gas stove and  2 pressure cooker .The total value of stolen Gas Cylinder and Gas regulator and Gas stove is Rs 5500/- . HC Jagdish Chand I/O PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

14. 100 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 15,850/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 10 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered
