Mandi that on 09/03/12 he was going from Gutkar to his house, in the mean time Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Narain shopkeeper at Gutkar obstructed his way, beaten him up and threatened with dire consequences. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 61/12 dated 09/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Netar Singh S/O Sh. Govind Singh R/O Vill. Ghiundhar PO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 09/03/12 he was going by his M/Cycle (HP33B-4056) from Mandi towards Nerchowk and when he reached at Gutkar, a maruti car (HP33B-7883) hit his M/Cycle and he fell down on the road. HC Ram Singh No. 66 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Mandi that on 08/03/12 he went to Lambathach by his vehicle (HP65-5772) and drivers of vehicle Nos. (HP32A-1793) and (HP32A-1182) obstructed his above vehicle by parking their vehicles on the front and rear sides respectively. ASI Roop Singh I/C PP Janjehali is investigating the case.

Soju Ram R/O Gehari PO Nanawa Tehsil Ghumarwin and Monu S/O Sh. Kalu Ram R/O Kot PO Dehar Tehsil Sundernagar obstructed his way and beaten him up. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

Ropa Thathat PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Ditt. Mandi that one unknown person made a telephonic call phone number 9882027364 to her mobile phone No. 9816182113, used obscene language and threatened her. HC Chaman Lal No. 867 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.
CASE OF FOREST ACT AND THEFT
6. Case FIR No. 38/12 dated 09/03/12 U/S 41,42 I.F. Act and 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI Trilok Chand, SHO P.S. Karsog that Tek Chand S/O Sh. Bhima Ram R/O Ralidhar PO Bhanthal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi cut down a tree of cheel. During the course of search of his house police recovered 125 rafters and 2 sleepers of cheel from his possession. SI Trilok Chand SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
7. 79 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 19 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 2800/- was recovered.
