CASE OF ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 17/12 dated 01/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony S/Nagar on the complaint of Smt. Raj Kumari W/O Late Sh. Raghuvir Sharma R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that today she was travelling by a bus (PB-32J-7537) At about 1.30 PM she reached at Dhanotu Chowk and while she was coming down from said bus, Pavinder Singh driver of the bus drove it at once negligently and she fell down on the road and her right leg got under the back side tyre and she sustained injuries. HC Sant Singh No. 81 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING

2. Case FIR No. 41/12 dated 29/02/12 U/S 420, 120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of Sh. G.R. Guleria VPO Sari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that during the year 2007/2008 repairing work of Panchayat and Revenue building of Dharampur was completed under the supervision of Naib Tehsildar Dharampur and in a muster roll name of worker Gopal Chand S/O Sh. Krishan Chand VPO Dharampur was depicted fraudulently. ASI Sushil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, TRESPASS, THEFT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3. Case FIR No. 42/12 dated 29/02/12 U/S 147,148,149,451,504,506,379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram Village Trohla PO Dhawali Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 29/02/12 Chand Lal S/O Sh. Hacchu Ram, Promila W/O Sh. Chand Lal, Suresh Kumar S/O Sh Chand Lal and his brother-in-law broke the door of his rented room and threatened to him. HC Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4. Case FIR No. 43/12 dated 29-02-12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Sawami Ram S/O Sh Gouna Ram Village Batail PO Bhambala Tehsil arkaghat Distt Mandi that on 29-02-12 he was taking tea in a tea-stall of Nikka Ram, in the mean time  Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Basant Ram R/O Vill. Batail PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi restrained to him and beat him up. HC Chaman Lal No. 28 I.O. of P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND TRESPASS

5. A case FIR No 44/12 dated 29-02-12 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Ami Chand S/O Late Sh Krishan Dyal R/O Sathmala PO Haribehna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP that on 29-02-12 at about 05.30 PM when he along with his wife retuned back to his home, he found the doors of his house were opened and on checking inside of the house he found that some jewelry, cash of worth Rs. 5000/- and sets of mobile phones were stolen away by some unknown culprits. SI (Prob) Atti Devi is investigating the case.

CASE OF FOREST ACT AND THEFT

6. Case FIR No. 45/12 date 01/03/12 U/S 32/33 I.F. Act & 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Tilli that on 21/12/11 Harish Chander S/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Manyana PO Tilli cut down two trees (trees of oyee) tree from government land at Manyana and sold these trees one another person. HC Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.        

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

7. Liaquat Ali S/O Sh. Lal Sain R/O Jigati Kataula Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi who was wanted in  case FIR No. 44/12 date 29/02/12 U/S 363,366,368 IPC of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

8. Sonam W/O Angyal R/O Vill. Gompa Road Manali, Smt. Krishna Devi W/O Sonam Chirupal R/O Manali Distt. Kullu and Karma W/O Sh. Sonam Tasi R/O Tibetian Colony Manali have been arrested y ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi who were wanted in case FIR No. 39/12 dated 28/02/12 U/S 32/33/41/42 I.F. Act and 379 IPC.

ARREST OF STRANGERS

9. Pankaj Ram S/O Sh. Dher Dass R/O Vill. Masara PO Nagar Tehsil & Distt. Kullu has been arrested U/S 41(2) 109, 42 Cr.P.C. by HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi.

CASE OF INQUEST

10.  Today a dead body of Palu Ram S/O Sh. Thakur Dass R/O Vill. Kumahrda PO Hiyunpehad Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi was found near Thalaut village which was sent to Z.H. Mandi for postmortem and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by ASI Lachhi Ram I.O. of P.S. Aut.

11.  76 challans under MV were issued and fine of Rs 7300. 7 challans were issued under COTPA. 1 challan under mining act.
