Mandi that he was going to his house and when he reached at Naugja, in the mean time Ravinder Kumar and Murari Lal obstructed his way and beaten him up. ASI Karam Singh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 81/12 dated 20/03/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Murari Lal R/O Garauru PO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that he was going to his home along with Murari Lal and when they reached at Naugja, Khem Singh obstructed his way and beaten him up. ASI Karam Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 63/12 dated 21/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I.O. of Police Post Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi that he was patrolling at Fihar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 15000 ML country liquor from the possession of Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Bhagmal R/O Vill. Fihar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is being carried out by HC Jagdish Chand No. 43. I.O. of P.S. Dharampur.
AGITATION
4. Today CITU organized agitation in NHPC complex at Nagwain in which about 220/250 workers participated and shouted slogans against NHPC Authority.

5. Case FIR No. 43/12 dated 20/03/12 U/S 325, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Munshi Ram S/O Sh. Polo Ram R/O Kotlu PO Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Dist. Mandi that on 19/03/12 at about 03.30 PM his nephew Ashish Kumar S/O Sh. Chaudhary Ram R/O Kotlu PO Jambla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi beaten him up and he sustained injuries. HC Hem Raj No. 191 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 63/12 dated 21/03/12 U/S 341, 323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dole Ram S/O Sh. Kram Singh R/O Bastana PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 23/02/12 he was going to his home and when he reached near the house of Dole Ram, Param dev and Ved Prakash obstructed his way and beaten him up. ASI Ram Lal I/C P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST
7. Case FIR No. 43/12 dated 20/03/12 U/S 406 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kashyap Sr. Manager Account and Administration for SPML Energy Ltd House No. 4 Ward No. 4 Palampur Distt. Kangra SPML Energy Ltd. that their department has been entrusted the work of fabrication & erection of still plates and testing of pipe line of Chullah project to M/S Pilot Engineering for which memorandum was signed by the authorized persons of both parties. But these pipes were dishonestly misappropriated and sold by M/S Pilot Engineering Works. ASI Naresh Kumar is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION
8. Case FIR. No. 26/12 dated 21/03/12 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in PS BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chhajju Ram S/O Sh Roda Ram R/O Vill Thikkar PO Paurakhothi Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi HP that on 20/03/12 his daughter Lajja Devi went to School at Fanghwas, but she did not come back till date. During the course of her search he received information that one Beli Ram S/O Sh Doda Ram Vill Saglach resident of near by Nihari kidnapped his daughter.ASI Hari Ram I/O of PS BSL Colony Sunder Nagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
9. 74 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9,200/- was recovered under M.V. Act, 6 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered and 1 challan issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
