1. Case FIR No. 18/12 dated 05/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Suraj Singh S/O Sh. Devi Roop Singh at present Junior Engineer HPSEBL Thalout Distt. Mandi that on 05/02/12 at 2 PM, Junior Engineer Ashok Barshola of HPSEBL informed him telephonically that truck (HP34-1424) and mini bus (HP33-1894) of their department have been collided with each other inside the tunnel at Aut. On this information he rushed to the spot and found that Babu Ram driver of truck (HP34-1424) and Piar Chand driver of Mini Bus (HP33-1894) were tow chaining the above both vehicles in side the tunnel, in the mean time a jeep (HP34A-7986) came from Aut side very rashly and hit driver Babu Ram who sustained injuries. He was admitted to PHC Nagwain and later on he succumbed to his injuries at PHC Nagwain. ASI Lachhi Ram is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 19/12 dated 05/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Preet Pal Singh S/O Sh. Gurnam Singh R/O Vill. Kamalpur PO Mayali Tehsil Dasuha Distt. Hoshiarpur (PB) that on 05/02/12 he was on return journey from Manikaran to his native place by a M/Cycle (PB01DF(T)-8534) and when he reached at Jhiri, a car (HP1K-2975) came from Mandi side towards Kullu and hit his M/Cycle due to which he along with another occupant Sandeep Singh sustained injuries. HC Bhup Singh No. 870 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3. Case FIR No. 55/12 dated 05/03/12 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Vill. Dadour Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 05/03/12 he was present in his house, in the mean time he heard a noise and he came out. On reaching at the spot he saw that a car (HP27A-1005) collided with a tree and all occupants of above car sustained injuries. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving of driver Praveen Kumar S/O Sh. Hukam Chand R/O Gharbasra Baggi PO Baggi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4. Case FIR No. 29/12 dated 05/03/12 U/S 341/354,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar district Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Tara Devi D/O Sh. Kirpa Ram VPO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 05/03/12 she was going to her house, in the mean time her husband Sohan Lal came along with Jharli Ram R/O Kathyal by a car, they obstructed her war, used unparliamentary language and also threatened her with dire consequences. SI Sardari Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY
5. Case FIR No. 30/12 dated 05/03/12 U/S 457/380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Thakur S/O Sh. Atma Ram Thakur VPO Baijnath Distt. Kangra at present C/O Hans Raj Gupta R/O Pungh Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 05/03/12 he closed the door of his room and went to brought the milk. When he came back he saw one unknown person opened the door of his room, he asked his name and that person revealed out his name as Bhubneshwar S/O Late Sh. Muni Lal R/O H. No. 420 S-2 BBMB Colony Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. Above complainant didn't found his mobile set of Samsung make on his bed and on searching of bag of above Bhubneshwar he recovered his mobile set from his bag. SI (Prob.) Sanjeev Gautam is investigating the case.

6. Case FIR No. 33/12 dated 05/03/12 U/S 506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Shanti Devi W/O Sh. Muni Lal R/O Vill. Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that on 04/03/12 Mehar Singh S/O Sh. Sodhu Ram R/O Vill. Daridhar PO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi was equipped with a sharp weapon in Kao bazaar and threatening openly along with his son Ram Lal that he will cut down any body else who will try to beat him up. SI Trilok Chand SHO P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS & HURT
7. Case FIR No. 34/12 DATED 06/03/12 U/S 451,323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Khub Ram S/O Sh. Brija Lal R/O Vill. Bandli PO Rakol Tehsil Nihari Distt. Mandi that on 05/03/12 Santi Devi W/O Sh. Inder Singh and her sister Bhisma Devi entered in his shop and attacked upon him with a stick and he also lost a sum of Rs. 16,000/-. ASI Jhabe Ram I/C PP Pangna is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
8. 85 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 15 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered.
