CASE OF PREVENTION OF DAMAGE TO PUBLIC PROPERTY ACT

1. Case FIR No. 51/12 dated 13/03/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Shakuntla Devi W/O Sh. Kishori Lal R/O VPO Bhiuli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 13/03/12 at about 8 AM she was collecting scrap in the Mandi bazaar  areas and when she reached near the shop of  Tilku, Balbir Singh S/O Sh. Thanagu R/O Bhiuli Tehsil Sadar Mandi obstructed her way and beaten her up. HC Nand Lal No. 892 I.O. of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 52/12 dated 13/03/12 U/S 3 PDP Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Bhup Singh, Jr. Engineer HPPWD Section Kotali Distt. Mandi that on 06/02/12 supervisor Khajan Singh informed him that Labh Singh S/O Sh. Dagi Ram R/O Vill. Gushada PO Saletar Distt. Mandi damaged the road from Ghanyara to Dhandal near village Gushada with JCB machine about 2-3 days ago. SI Saleem Qureshi is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT 

3. Case FIR No. 53/12 dated 14/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Dina Nath S/O Sh. Harbhaj Ra/O Mandharu PO Taroh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi at present security supervisor Ram Hari Motors  Rani Bain that security guard Khem Singh told him today morning that during the evening on 13/03/12 four batteries stolen away from the garage and when he went to search for these stolen batteries towards Chadiyar on N.H. 21, Gian Chand R/O Chandyal painter along with a boy was present with these stolen exide batteries. Security Devender brought these batteries to Ram Hari Show Room. HC Balam Ram No. 540 I.O. P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 17/12 dated 14/03/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Purkhu Ram S/O Late Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill. Jachh Khola PO Jhungi Distt. Mandi that on 13/03/12 he along with Yog Raj, Bhup Singh and Govind Ram were going towards Tipra by a vehicle (HP31-8928) which driven by Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Ludar Mani R/O Vill. Tipra and when said vehicle reached nearby Jachh then Bhup Singh lost control over it and said vehicle rolled down. HC Prabhakar Ram is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5. Case FIR 19/12 dated 13/03/12 U/S 341/323 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chhavi Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Aukhal PO Chowki Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that her daughter Bharti is studying in G.P. School Aukhal. On 12/03/12 when her daughter Bharti was coming back from toilet, teacher Giri Raj Sharma obstructed the way and beaten her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Hari Ram is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6. Case FIR No.20/12 dated 13/03/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Sant Ram No. 81 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that when he was on patrolling along with other police officials, he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Ram Paryari W/O Sh. Raj Kumar R/O Vill. Dhanotu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and HC Sant Ram I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

7. Case FIR No.21/12 dated 13/03/12 U/S 61 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by HC Chint Ram No. 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that when he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dhanot, he recovered 5000 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Smt. Leela Devi W/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Vill. Dhanotu PO Mahadev Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi. Accused has been arrested and HC Chint Ram 873 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

8.      Case FIR No 53/12 dated 13-03-12 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Nirmala Devi W/O Sh Baldev Singh R/O Village Basi Kothi PO Cholthara Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that on 13-03-12 at about 9 AM when she was present in her home, Jai Dev S/O Sukh Ram Village Basi Kothi entered in the courtyard of her house her courtyard, abused her and also beaten her up. SI (Prob)  Atti Devi I.O. of  P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUED IN PREVIOUS CASE

9.      Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Kharsal PO Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi has been arrested on 13/03/12 in case FIR No. 28/12 dated 12/02/12 U/S 363,366,120B IPC by SI Kripal Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat and said accused is being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi.

PREVENTIVE ARREST

10.  Jadhu Ram @ Virender S/O Sh Achhar Dutt R/O Village  Lunadha PO Fatehpur Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) has  been arrested U/S 107/151   Cr.P.C. today 14-03-12 who  is being produced before SDM Sarkaghat.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINT PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

11.  Case FIR No 41/12 dated 13-3-2012 U/S 332,353,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Hari Singh S/O Sh. Hirdu Ram village Nayara PO Taroh Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi HP that he works in HRTC Sub Depot Karsog. On 13-03-12 he was on his duty at HRTC workshop Johar, in the mean time Netar Singh Driver HRTC Came in Workshop and caught him from his neck and slapped him.  SI (Prob.) Ranjan Sharma I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUED IN PREVIOUS CASE

12.  Accused Hukam Chand S/O Sh. Surat Ram R/O VPO Behna and Leela Devi W/O Sh. Surat Ram resident of same locality have been arrested by SI Chhotta Ram I.O. of P.S. Balh who were wanted in case FIR No. 65/12 dated 12/03/12 U/S 498A/34 IPC. These accused are being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC-II Mandi. 

CHALLANS

13. 65 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,900/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 4 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered.
