CASE OF RIOTING & INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 32/12 dated 12/03/12 U/S 147,148,149,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Samkhetar PO Kuthra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi that he went along with his brother Dalip Singh, wife Smt. Mathura Devi and Surjeet Singh to attend a function in the house of Gopal Singh. On their return journey Ajay Pal, Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Sidhi Ram, Binu Ram S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O Banaru, Jawala S/O Sh. Bindu Ram R/O Pipli, Sohan Singh S/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Samkhetar and one unknown person beaten them up and they sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Chand I/C PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 63/12 dated 11/03/12 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kamini Devi W/O Sh. Bharat Kumar R/O Ropa PO Galma Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/03/12 her brother-in-law Ashok Kumar obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 64/12 dated 11/03/12 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh that on 11/03/12 at about 07.30 PM a three wheeler (HP65-2334) and a M/Cycle (HP33A-3679) collided at Nalsar due to which  M/Cycle rider Dinesh Kumar sustained injuries and another occupant of above M/Cycle Devinder Kumar declared brought died by the M.O. of CHC Ratti. Two occupants of above three wheeler also sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4. Case FIR No. 52/12 dated 11/03/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur that an alto car (HP65-3154) rolled down from the road at Banal  which was driven by Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Bali Ram R/O Vill. Banal PO Baroti Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi. Four persons were sitting inside the above car out of them driver Sanjay Kumar along with another occupant namely Lekh Raj sustained injuries. HC Jagdish Chand No. 43 I.O. of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF DEATH BY HANGING

5. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Hem Chand R/O Vill. Kukahan PO Jamani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi died due to hanging. Postmortem of dead body is carried out at R.H. Sarkaghat  and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is being carried out by the local police of P.S. Sarkaghat.

6. 73 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 7,100/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 5 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 500/- was recovered.
