1. Case FIR No. 47/12 dated 03/03/12 U/S 420/467/468/471/120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of SI Rishi Raj I.O. SV&ACB Central Range Mandi that Chattar Singh T.M, Om Prakash labourer, Kasmir Singh labourer, Prem Singh T.M. & Narender Kumar T. M. of HPSEBL had prepared fake experience certificate and submitted to the department for appearance in departmental test. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

2. Accused Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram R/O VPO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi and Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Bakshi Ram resident of same locality have been by ASI Sishil Kumar I/C PP Dharampur in case FIR No. 48/12 dated 03/03/12 U/S 341/353/332/34 IPC.

3. Case FIR No. 26/12 dated 03/03/12 U/S 3(10) SC & ST Act, 447,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Prem Lal S/O Sh. Chuhar Ram vice Chairman dreams college Educational Society Khilra PO Maramasit Distt. Mandi that on 03/03/12 he was working in his land in the mean time Baldev Singh S/O Late Sh. Kanshi Ram resident of same locality came there and used unparlimentry language and also abused by caste (i.e. chamar, chuhra, koli, dagi etc.) and also threatened him. Sh. Ajay Rana SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF KIDNAPPING AND ABDUCTION
4. Case FIR No. 27/12 dated 03/03/12 U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the statement of Sh. Shashi Mohammad S/O Sh. Sarif Mohammad R/O H. No. 163/8 VPO Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that his aunty Shakila Bano informed that his daughter namely Afsa din't come back to home and he made out all efforts to search her but she is not tracable. He suspects that his daughter was kidnapped by Nishu S/O Sh. Kamal R/O Jawahar Nagar Nangal (PB). SI Madan Lal is investigating the case.
CASE OF ACCIDENT
5. Case FIR No. 11/12 dated 03/03/12 U/S 279/337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Nettar Chand S/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Surahi Khad PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that on 03/03/12 at about 7.05 PM he was present in his room, in the mean time he heard a loud noise and came out and reached at the spot and saw that a Tata Sumo (HP32A-1853) fell down about 200 meters downward in Surahi khad which was driven rashly and negligently by Hans Raj VPO Sianj Tehsil Chachiot and he sustained injuries. ASI Ram Krishan is investigating the case.

6. Accused Paras Ram S/O Sh. Paushu Ram R/O Vill. Dharmotu PO Barohakri Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi has been arrested in case FIR No. 90/11 dated 30/08/11 U/S 20 NDPS Act today by SI Pratap Singh, SHO P.S. Gohar.

Mandi have been arrested in case FIR No. 87/11 dated 22/08/11 U/S NDPS Act today by HC Inder Dev No. 35 I.O. of P.S. Gohar.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
8. Case FIR No. 31/12 dated 04/03/12 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been regierered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Muni Lal S/O Sh. Mannu Ram R/O VPO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that he is priest in the temple of Mata Kamaksha, today at about 8 AM he was worshiping inside the temple, in the mean time Niranjan @ Bansi and his son Vinay Kumar @ Lucky, Virender Kumar @ Bunty and Bhup Singh came inside the temple and interrupted his worship in side the temple. On this he called the members of the temple committed and these above persons beaten him up in the presence of members of the temple committee. ASI Sohan Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING & HURT
9. Case FIR No. 32/12 dated 04/03/12 U/S 147,149, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the written complaint of Sh. Niranjan Dass @ Bansi S/O Sh. Madan Lal VPO Kao Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi that today at about 9 AM he went to the temple of Mata Kamaksh , in the mean time Ramesh Kumar came there and pushed him from the gate of the temple and also beaten him up and after some time all family members of Ramesh Kumar namely Chet Ram, Vinod Kumar, Akhilesh Chinu, Shakuntla, Madhu, Geeta, Sita, Padam Dev, Muni Lal, Dinesh Kumar etc. came there equipped with sticks and hockey sticks and beaten him up. At that time Mehar Singh was also standing at the gate of the temple and they also tried to attack upon him but he escaped from them. HC Kamal Kant No. 860 I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

10. Case FIR No. 21/12 dated 03/03/12 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Uday Ram R/O Bari PO & Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi that on 03/03/12 at about 3.30 PM he was going towards Jogindernagar along with Teja Chauhan by a M/Cycle (HP33A-3203) and when they reached at Kotropi, in the mean time a car (HP34B-3349) came from Jogindernagar side very rashly and negligently and hit his M/Cycle and he along with Teja Chauhan sustained injuries. HC Prem Singh No. 75 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
ARREST OF PROCLAIMED OFFENDER
11. Today Hari Nand @ Raju S/O Dumani Ram R/O Vill. Dhangail PO Moviseri Tehsil Gohar Distt. Mandi has been arrested by the officials of P.O. Cell Mandi HC Ashok Kumar I/C PO Cell, Const. Ramesh Kumar, Const. Girdhari Lal, Const. Swami Nand and Mohinder Sain from Karsog Ram who was wanted in case FIR No. 175/08 dated 29/09/08 U/S 498A, 323,34 IPC and declared proclaimed offender by the court of Ld. SDJM Gohar on 29/09/2011. Above accused is being taken to police station Gohar for further action by above team of P.O. Cell Mandi.
CASE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT
12. Today Smt. Punni Devi W/O Sh. Rintu R/O Trembla PO Laungani Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi reported in P.S. Padhar that her husband used to oftenly beat and torture. On this a report lodged under domestic violence act and sent through e-mail to SHO P.S. Sarkaghat to enquire the matter.

13. 90 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,950/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 21 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs.2100/- was recovered.
