CRIME REPORT 17 MARCH


CASE OF NDPS ACT
  1. Case FIR No. 35/12 dated 17/03/12 U/S 20-61-85 NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Sardari Lal I.O. P.S. Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Lalit Chowk, in the mean time he saw that one persons tried to sped from the Lalit Chowk. On suspicion that person was caught with the help of police party who revealed out his name as Gurpreet Singh S/O Sh. Harmal Singh VPO Landke Tehsil & Distt. Monga (PB) and recovered 100 gram cannabis from his possession.  SI Sardari Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MOLESTATION, OBSCENE ACT AND SC/ST ACT
  1. Case FIR No 56/12 dated. 16-03-12. U/S 451,354,294,34 IPC & U/S 3 of SC/ST Act has been registered  in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the Complaint of Smt Vijay Shree D/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Uppar Mangwain Thanera Mohlla Mandi that on 14-03-12 Virender Sharma S/O Sh Dhari Ram came to her house  and tried to outrage her modesty. Some time after she took the entire episode in the notice of his wife Bandna. On this Bandna Devi also used filthy language and also abused her by caste. Sh. Ashish Sharma Dy. S.P (H Q)  Mandi is investigating the case. 
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION 
  1. Case FIR No 55/12 Dated. 16-03-12, U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Sadar on the complaint  of Sh. Virender Sharma S/O Sh Dhari Ram  R/O H No 356/11, Upper Mangwain  Thanera Mohlla  Distt  Mandi H.P. that on 15-03-12 at about 8.15 PM  he was present in his shop, in the mean time Vijay Shree came to his shop and demanded Rs. 50,000/- from him. He asked to her for which purpose she is demanding Rs. 50,000/- from him. On this she attacked upon him. In the mean time his wife also came to his shop and Vijay Shree obstructed her way and also beat her up.   ASI Vijay Kumar I/C PP City is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4.      Case FIR No 57/12 dated. 16-03-12. U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered  in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi that on 16-03-12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Chhotu Ram S/o Sh. Lal Singh R/O Bangali Colony  Bhuali Tehsil Sadar Mandi. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being investigated by   HC Lalit Kumar No. 26 I/O P.S. Sadar Mandi.    

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No 58/12.dated. 16-03-12. U/S. 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Bidhi Chand that on 16-03-12 he was on patrolling along with other police officials, in the mean time he recovered  500 ML country  liquor from the possession of Deepak Thakur S/o Sh. Man Singh Thakur R/o Vill. Sambal Tehsil & P.S Sadar Mandi.  Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being investigated by  ASI Bidhi Chand I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi.    

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

  1.  Case FIR No. 34/12 dated 16-03-12  U/S 451,506 IPC has been registered in P.S Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mehar Chand S/O Sh. Sihnu Ram R/o Vill. Sunali PO Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 16-03-12 about 8.45 PM he was present in his wine shop, than Ravi Kumar R/O Siyu entered in his shop and told him to provide him free wine and also threatened to him. HC Shanta Kumar No 56 I/O of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT 
  1. Case FIR No 33/12 dated 16-3-12 U/S 61/1/14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S Sundernagar by HC Shanta Kumar No. 56 I/O PP Slapper that on 16-3-12 at about 6.15 PM he was on patrolling at Khurahal along with other police officials. During the course of patrolling he recovered  5250ML  country liquor from the possession of Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Ghaber Ram R/o VPO Khurahal Tehsil & P.S Sundernagar. HC Shanta Ram No. 56 I/O P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
  1.  Case FIR No. 24/12 dated 16/03/12 U/S 341/323/506/34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dola Ram S/O Sh. Madhav Ram R/O Vill. Segal P.O. Pourakothi Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi that on  16/3/12 at about 12.20 PM Jeet  Ram, Mohan Lal, Dole Ram and Raj Kumar all  resident  of Anushi obstructed his way and  beat him up. HC. Karan Singh No. 24 I/O P.S BSL Sundernagar is investigating the case .

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
  1. Case FIR. No. 25/12 dated 16/3/12 U/S 341,323,34, IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Raghu Ram S/O Sh. Barad R/O vill Palouhta PO. Upper Behli Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi  that on 16/3/12 at about 8.00 AM Prem Singh, Man Singh and Kali Dass all resident of Palouhta obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Hari Ram I.O. P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
  1. Case FIR No. 25/12 U/S 325/34 IPC dated 16/3/12 has been registered in P.S Aut on the complaint of Sh. Resham Ram S/o Sh. Gian Chand R/o Nehra PO Dhawaid Distt. Mandi that he was going to Shudharni by his vehicle (HP 34-8245), on the way driver of Kanika bus service r Papu S/O Sh. Suman R/o Benti stopped his vehicle,  came out from bus along with his son Panku and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Thakur Dass No. 53 I/O of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT
  1. Case FIR No 70/12 dated 16-3-12 U/S 61/1/14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S Balh by SI Chhota Ram I/O P.S Balh that on 16-3-12 at about 6 PM he was on patrolling at Gharbasara along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 11250 ML country liquor from the possession of Krishan Kumar S/o Sh. Khillu Ram R/o Gharbasara PO Baggi P.S Balh. SI Chota Ram I/O of P.S Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
  1. Case FIR No 71/12 dated 16-3-12 U/S 61-1-14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S Balh by ASI Jagdish Kumar I.O. of. P.S. Balh that on 16-3-12 at about 6 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Dadaour and during the course of patrolling he recovered  750 ML English wine from the possession of Halku Ram  S/O Sh. Ninu Ram R/O VPO Kummi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi . ASI Jagdish Kumar I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
  1. Case FIR No 72/12 dated 16-3-12 U/S 61-1-14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S Balh by HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I/O P.S Balh that on 16-3-12 at about 7.15 PM he was on patrolling at Bhangrotu along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered   750 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Dhani Ram S/o Sh. Bhup Singh R/O Luhakher PO Kapahi P.S Balh. HC Balbir Singh No. 23 I/O P.S Balh is investigating the case. .
  CASE OF EXCISE ACT
  1. Case FIR No 37/12 dated 16/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S Jogindernagar by ASI Suresh Kumar I/O P.S Jogindernagar that on 16-3-12 at about 6 PM he was on patrolling  along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 2600 ML English wine and 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Ruldu Ram R/O VPO Dhelu Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi. ASI Suresh Kumar I/O of P.S Jgindernagar is  investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
  1. Case FIR No 38/12 dated 16/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S Jogindernagar by HC Raj Mal No. 875 I/O P.S Jogindernagar that on 16-3-12 at about 6 PM he was on patrolling  along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9000 ML  illicit liquor from the possession of Bhuri Singh  S/O Late Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Ghatasani PO Gumma Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi. ASI Suresh Kumar I/O of P.S Jgindernagar is  investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
  1. Case FIR No. 18/12  dated 17/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S Gohar  by ASI  Roop Singh I/C PP Janjehali that today he was on patrolling  along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered   5 liter illicit liquor from the possession of Paras Ram S/O Sh. Kishan R/O Vill. Kuthah PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi.  ASI Roop Singh albir Singh No. 23 I/C PP Janjehali is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT
  1. Case FIR No. 19/12  dated 17/03/12 U/S 61-1-14 of Excise Act has been registered in P.S Gohar  by HC Inder Singh No. 880 I/O  PP Janjehali that today he was on patrolling  along with other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered   5 liter illicit liquor from the possession of bhoop Singh  S/O Sh. Narotam Ram R/O Vill. Tungadhar PO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi.  HC Inder Singh No. 880 I.O. PP Janjehali is investigating the case.

. CHALLANS
  1. 60 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 8300/- was recovered under M.V. Act during the last 24 hours. 13 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered
