CRIME REPORT 26 MARCH

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING AND INTIMIDATION

1.    Case FIR No. 86/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S  451,147,149,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Labh Singh S/O Mohan Singh R/O VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi that  on  25/03/12  at about 2-40 PM  he was present in his workshop at Gutkar, in the mean time he saw that  Pushap Raj was flowing water towards his workshop from his house. On this he asked him why he was flowing water towards his shop. On this Pushap Raj, Hans Raj , Shakuntla Devi, Dhani Ram, Asha Devi etc. came there beat him up and also abused to him.  SI Rajender Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.    Case FIR No. 87/12 dated  25/03/12 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Thalia Ram R/O VPO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that  on  25/03/12 at about 2.40 PM he was present at his house, in the mean time Labh Singh, Jitender Kumar, Rajeev Kumar and Sanju threw wastage materials  in his fields. When he told them why they are throwing the wastage material in his fields, above persons beat him up. ASI Jagdish Chand I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

3.    Case FIR  No. 33/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S  283 IPC    has been registered  in P.S. Aut by  ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C P.P. Balichawki  that on 25/03/12  at about 5.30 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Nauna Chowk and during the course of patrolling he found that Amar  Singh   S/O  Sh  Bhup Singh  Vill Galma   Tehsil Sadar  Distt Mandi HP   has stopped his Tipper (HP -31B 0580)   the  Road which is causing obstruction to the traffic and general public. ASI  Ashwani  Kumar I/C P.P. Balichowki  is investigating the case.

INCIDENT OF FIRE

4. Today one unknown person informed telephonically to P.S. Aut that an incident of fire took place at Thalaut. On receiving this information a police team lead by ASI Mohar Singh rushed to the spot and found that fire broke  up in the house Mohar Singh, Dharam Dass and Karam Singh resident of village Thalaut. This incident took place today about 09.30 AM due to electric short circuit and in this incident 2.5 stories  of the house were brunt and no loss of human being was  reported in this incident. However approximately loss of properties of Rs. 10 lac is reported in this incident.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

5.    Case FIR No 45/12 dated  25/03/12  U/S 61-1-14 Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by  SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S. Sunder Nagar that on  25/03/12 at about 4.30 P.M. he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jaral and during the course of patrolling he recovered 570 ML  country liquor from the possession of Devi Singh S/O Basant Ram R/O vill. Dharanda PO Meramasit Tehsil  Sundernagar at present Pal Chicken Corner Jaral who sales the wine on  peg sale basis in his Chicken Corner shop. Accused has been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by SI Madan Lal I.O. of P.S . Sundernagar.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6.    Case FIR No 27/12 dated  25/03/12  U/S 61-1-14 Excise  Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by  HC Deep Chand I.O. of P.S. Gohar that that on  25/03/12 at about 4.30 P.M. he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Retaihadi and  during the course of patrolling he recovered 15000 ML  country liquor from the possession of Ved Prakash S/O Sh. Pikhalu Ram R/O vill. Thamadi  PO Rohanda  Tehsil  Sundernagar, Chet Ram S/O Sh. Kishan Dass R/O Vill. Thamadi PO Rohanda Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi. Accused have been arrested and further investigation of the case is on progress which is being carried out by HC Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.S . Gohar.  

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7. Case FIR.No. 28/12 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered on the complaint of  Roshan  Lal S/O Sh Prem Singh R/O Ropa PO. Behna Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi H.P.   that on  25/03/12  he along with Satish Kumar and Dhishu were coming from Nihari to Rohanda by Jeep ( HP-65-0767) which was driven by Vinod Kumar. At about 9.30 PM  above jeep reached at  Kupdidhar  and driver Vinod Kumar lost control over it and fell down from the road about 100 mtrs downwards and all four occupants of above vehicle sustained injuries. HC. Chint Ram NO. 873 is investigating the case. 

ARREST IN PREVIOUS CASE

8. Accused  Beli Ram S/O Sh Doda Ram Vill Saglach PO Nihari Distt Mandi was arrested on 25/03/12 by ASI Hari Ram  I.O. of P.S BSL Colony who was wanted case FIR No.  26/12 dated 21/03/12 U/S  363, 366 IPC. Accused Beli Ram is being produced before the Ld. Court of JMIC-II Sundernagar.

CASE OF NEGLIGENT ACT, OBSTRUCTING WAY,HURT AND INTIMATION

9.    Case FIR No 70/12 dated 26/03/12 U/S 289,341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Smt Nirmala Devi W/O Sh Suresh Kumar R/O Village Dhatoli PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on  26-03-12 at about 8.45 AM when she was present in village  Dhatoli  near the house of  Rajo Devi. In the mean time  Rajo Devi, Mamta Devi and Sandeep Kumar started to abuse her and also beat her up. In the same time the dog of Sapna Devi also came there and bite her.  HC Baldev Chand IO of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, INTIMIDATION AND HURT

10. Case FIR No 71/12 Dated 26-03-12 U/S 447,504,323,34 IPC has been registered in  PS Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Smt Mamta Kumari W/O Sh Lekh Ram R/O Village Dhatoli PO Khudla Tehsil Sarkaghat  that on 26/03/12 Nirmala Devi, Shankutla Devi, Puja Devi and Anju Devi  entered in her courtyard and beat  her up. HC Baldev Chand IO of PP Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF THEFT AND BURGLARY

11. Case FIR No 72/12 dated  26/03/12 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Sh. Chint Ram S/O Sh Devi Ditta Village and PO Thauna Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi that during the intervening night of 25-26/03/12 some unknown culprits entered in the house of his nephew Rangila Ram and stole away golden jewelery i.e Neckles ,   Nath, Kante, Rings, Tik, Chak etc. having approximately cost of Rs. 1,72,262/- and during the same night  also stole away Golden Jewelery of about Rs 90,000 from the house of Khem Chand, Golden Jewelery of about Rs 21,000 from the house of  Damoder Dass, Golden Jewelery of about Rs 9,000 from the house of  Narpat Ram  all resident of the same locality. Total approximately value of stolen ornaments is about Rs. 2, 92,262/-. Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar SHO PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

12. Case FIR  No. 68/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S  283 IPC  has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  that on 25/03/12  at about 2.30 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Hawani and during the course of patrolling he found that Anju Devi  W/O  Sh  Joni Chandel R/O Hawani PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)   has laid a heap of sand on the   Road at Hawani which is causing obstruction to the traffic and general public. HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

13. Case FIR  No. 69/12 dated 25/03/12 U/S  283 IPC  has been registered  in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  that on 25/03/12  at about 2.30 PM  he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Hawani and during the course of patrolling he found that Kaushlya Devi   W/O  Sh  Ranjeet Singh R/O Hawani PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)   has laid a heap of sand on the   Road at Hawani  which is causing obstruction to the traffic and general public. HC Narpat Ram I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case. 

CHALLANS

14. 71 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5,500/- was recovered under M.V. Act,  10 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered.
