CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

1        Case FIR No. 150/13 dated 08/07/13 U/S 454,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Basant Singh S/O Sh. Krishan Lal R/O Vill. Drahal PO  Churad  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/13 between 11 AM to 2 PM no family member was present in his house and some unknown culprits stole away cash of worth Rs. 20,000/- along with jewelry. ASI Ram Sawaroop Incharge Police Post Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 160/13 dated 09/07/13 U/S 498A, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Godawari Devi W/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Tamroh PO Dyargi Tehsil Sadar Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/13 her husband Brij Lal beat her up and also threatened to her with dire consequences. SI (Prob.) Munesh Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

3        Case FIR No. 79/13 dated 451,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Devku W/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Banni PO & Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/13 she was present in her courtyard, in the mean time Bimla Devi W/O Sh. Prakash R/O Banni PO & Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi and her son came there and beat her up. HC Birbal Singh No. 72 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF THEFT

4        Case FIR No. 97/13 dated 08/07/13 U/S 380 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Amar Singh S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O VPO Chalarag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown culprits stole away cash of worth Rs. 5000/- along with 2 sets of mobile phones and jewellery.  HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O. of P.P. Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 171/13 dated 08/07/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Neela Devi W/O Sh. Khub Ram R/O Vill. Gheru Balh PO Tarnoh Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/13 Luxmi Devi W/O Sh.Pawan Kumar and her son Kamal Kishore beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Raj Mal No. 856 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6        Case FIR No. 172/13 dated 08/07/13 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Ram Dass S/O Sh. Maghu Ram R/O Vill. Saini Mohari PO Alathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/13 Mithu Ram S/O Sh. Rajender R/O Vill. Sain obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Manoj Kumar No. 50 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

7        67 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 10,800 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1 challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
