CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND MISCHIEF

1. Case FIR No. 85/13 dated 29/07/13 U/S 341,323,435,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Soni Lal S/O Sh. Malu Ram R/O Vill. Changer Palasiya PO Kothipura Tehsil Sadar Bilaspur Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that today he was going to Badhu by his M/Cycle (HP24A-5036) and on the way Surender Kumar & Shyam Lal obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Nasib Singh I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISCHIEF AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 63/13 dated 28/07/13 U/S 447,427,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rokharia Ram S/O Sh. Slahia Ram R/O VPO Paurakothi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Sunderu Devi and Premi Devi broke the slates of his kitchen which caused the damage to the applicant about of Rs. 20,000/-. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3.      33 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 4200/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 8 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
