CASE OF HURT

1        Case FIR No. 155/13 dated 11/07/13 U/S  325 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Hariman R/O Ropari P.O. Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 9/07/13  at about 7:30 PM  he was present in his home,  in mean time his brother Sher Singh came there and beat him up.  ASI Brij Lal I/C P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2        Case FIR No. 156/13 dated 12/07/13 U/S  279 IPC & 184, 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Rakesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Batehad P.O. Sai Galu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 11/07/13 he was travelling by a  Tanker No. (HP 32B-0949) and when said tanker reached at  Bhawna, in mean time  a Tipper No.(HP31A-4472) came rashly from  Sundernagar side and hit  his Tanker. HC  Ram  Lal No. 543  I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3        Case FIR No. 53/13 dated 12/07/13 U/S  452, 323, 342, 506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Lokender Dhari S/O Sh. Partap Dhari R/O  Degraclayri ward No.5 Damachour Tehsil Rawati Distt. Salyan (Nepal) at present  residing in the rented house of   Sh. Mani Ram R/O Kohaliseri Distt. Mandi  that  he  is working  as a laborer at Panasara. During   the intervening night of 11/12-07-13 at about  1AM Pune Ram  S/O Dhanu Ram  R/O  Sushan P.O. Panarsa Distt. Mandi  came along with two other persons, entered in the courtyard of his rented house and  beat him . ASI  Mohar  Singh I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No. 177/13 dated 11/07/13  U/S  325, 323, 504, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Smt. Atti Devi  W/O Sh. Kashmir Singh R/O  Kothi  P.O. Cholthra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on  09/07/13  Partap Singh, Kaushlya Devi, Kamlesh Kumari and  Parminder beat her up and she sustained injuries along with her husband. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5        Case FIR No. 178/13 dated 11/07/13 U/S  325, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh. Santosh Kumar  S/O Sh. Baldev  Chand  R/O  Rakhota P.O. Gahar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 09/07/13  Happy, Ashok and Vinay beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Parkash Chand I/O of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

6       Case FIR No. 176/13 dated 11/07/13 U/S  452, 323, 34 IPC has  been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O  Sh. Girdhari Ram R/o Sayari Chowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi  that on 11/07/13 at about 8:30 PM  he was present in his house, in mean time   Dayalu Ram entered in the courtyard of his house and beat him  and he sustained injuries.  SI Bhim Sain I/C of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

 7      88 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 11,100/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   1 challan  was  issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours
