 CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1        CaseFIR No. 187/13 dated 24/07/13 U/S 336, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Kanwar Singh R/O Behar P.O. Sarkaghat  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 24/07/13  at about 5:30 PM when he was working in the courtyard of his house, in mean time  Satish Kumar , Gian Chand  and two another  unknown persons  threw  the stones upon him. ASI Naresh Kumar  I/O of P.S. Sarkaght is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 103/13 dated 24/07/13  U/S 452, 504, 323, 147, 149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Rajani Sharma W/O Late Sh. Krishan Kumar Sharma R/O Bharad Patti Tehsil Lad-Bharol Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 23/07/13   when she was present  along with her son , Sachin in her house, in mean time  Pinto, Banti, Moni, Budhi, Desho, Chamel and Gandhi  came in the courtyard of her house and  beat both of them and they sustained injuries . HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I/o of P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No. 164/13 dated 24/07/13 U/S   279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Santosh W/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O  Sundernagar –I  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 24/07/013 at about 2:05PM when she  along with her daughter, Sapna was coming back  from her Grandmother's house and reached near Petrol Pump  Salah, in mean time  one  Motor Cycle No. (HP31A-7079) came rashly from cinema chowk side and hit her daughter, Sapna   and she sustained injuries. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the Moter Cycle rider, namely  Vijay Kumar S/O  Parkash R/O Chatrokhari Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) ASI Sharwan Kumar  I/O of Traffic Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR  No. 165/13 dated 24/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh.  Brij Lal S/O Sh.  Lekh Ram R/O Kafla P.O.  Jai Devi Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)   that he is working  as a Driver  in HRTC Bus Depot. On 24/07/13  when he was driving the Bus on the route  Janjehli to Delhi and reached near boy School Sundernagar , in mean time a Auto No. (HP05-1444) came rashly from Chatrokhari side and hit the bus and Auto driver and one occupant sitting in the Auto sustained injuries .This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driver of the Auto Driver namely, Mani Ram S/O Sh. Ram Saran R/O Sabyhan P.O. Churad Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  HC Khem Chand No. 47  I/O of Traffice Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

5        Case FIR No. 105/13 dated 24/07/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Ajay Singh S/O Sh.  Desh Raj Walia R/O Bhateher P.O. Santhal Tehsil Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 25/07/13    his elder Brother, Manoj kumar beat him. HC Dola Ram  I/O of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.
