CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1       Case FIR No. 185/13 dated 20/07/13 U/S 447,504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Om Parkash Behal R/O Silha P.O. Dudar Tehsil Sadar  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that  Nilku Ram entered in his land and also threatened with dire consequences.  SI Bhem Sen I/C of P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case .

 

CASE   UNDER PREVENTION  OF   DAMAGE  TO PUBLIC PROPERTY

2        Case FIR No.101/13  dated 21/07/13 U/S 3 of P. D.P. Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of  SH. Khajana Ram  S/O Sh.  Raghu Nath R/O  Sandrala P.O. Matroo Tehsil jogindernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P) that  in the year 2006  G.P. Matroo made a inn(Sarain)  by  the help of  H.P. Govt. Amounting of Rs 60000-/- On 21/07/13 Gumanu Ram ,  Ashok Kumar, Partap Chand  & Shakuntla Devi  breaking the inn and damaged the Public Property. HC  Thakur  Singh  No. 31 I/O of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case .

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3        Case FIR No. 57/13  dated 21/07/13  U/S 279,337 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the  complaint of  Sh.  Ram Lal S/O Sh. Sharan Dass R/O  Thatdhar P.O. Garaghushian Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  when he was coming  to  Garaghushani by the Tractor No. (HP32B-1581) and reached near Shelad Nala, in mean time the  driver of the Tractor namely  Bir Singh  S/O Sh.  Mangat Ram  R/O Shukad  P.O. Garagusaini   lost the control upon the tractor  and fell down  50 Feet downward from the road  and driver Bir  Singh   succumbed  to his injuries .  HC Narpat Ram  I/O of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF FOREST ACT .

 4       Case FIR No. 83/13 dated 21/07/13  U/S 379 IPC & 41, 42 IF Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar  by  ASI Jeet Singh  that  on 20/07/13 at about 12:30 AM when he was   on patrolling along with other Police officials at  Panadav Seela then during   the course of patrolling he recovered  7 logs of Wooden of Rai/ Tosh  from the possession of  Durga  Singh  S/O Sh. Devi Singh  R/O  Rosada Gad P.O Jarol Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  ASI Jeet Singh I/O of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case .

 CHALLAN

5  91 Challan were issued  and fine of Rs. 18,300-/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 6 Challan were issued under COTPA  and  fine of  Rs 600-/- recovered  during last 24 hoours.
