CASE OF NDPS ACT

1. Case FIR No. 55/13 dated 14/07/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar by SI Binny Minhans, SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Jat Nullah and during the course of patrolling he recovered 955 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Narpat S/O Sh. Shobha R/O Dova PO Batwara Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Binny Minhans, SHO P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR No. 56/13 dated 15/07/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Dians Ram R/O Vill. Masoh PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) Mahant Ram R/O Vill. Masoh obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 178/13 dated 15/07/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Jai Ram S/O Late Sh. Navratru Ram R/O Kukalah PO Kholanala Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi that a vehicle (HP01M-0947) was driven by him and when he reached near Dam he lost control over it and said vehicle rolled down from the road. SI Bhim Sen Incharge Police Post Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF  POSSESSION OF FORGED OR COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY NOTES OR BANK NOTES

4. Case FIR No. 81/13 dated 15/07/13 U/S 489A,489C IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali that on 14/07/13 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Shankar Dehra and during the course of patrolling he recovered Rs. 1000x23 and  Rs. 500x8, total amounting to Rs. 27,000/- fake currency notes from the possession of Deepak Sharma S/O Sh. Satish Kumar R/O Vill. Kamali PO Marahana Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP)  and Rs. 1000x7 and 500x5, total amounting to Rs. 9500/- fake currency from the possession of Tarun Thakur S/O Nathu Ram R/O Vill. Damrog PO Shamti Tehsil Sadar Distt. Solan (HP). ASI Jeet Singh Incharge Police Post Janjehali is investigating the case.

5.      Case FIR No. 80/13 dated 14/07/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh Chuni LOal R/O Vill. Bugandi PO Kelodhar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/07/13, Bharvi Devi, Tepnder and Chinta Devi obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS

6. Case FIR No. 98/13 dated 15/07/13 U/S 353,332 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Miss Kiran Kumari, posted as  TGT Science in GHS Chauridhar that today she was working in her office, in the mean time Yuv Raj S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Vill. Finnu PO Chaouridhar Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) came there and beat her up. ASI Jhave Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION AND ASSAULT

7. Case FIR No. 164/13 dated 14/07/13 U/S 341,323,504,506,355 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bhimi Devi W/O Sh. Tej Singh R/O VPO Moviseri Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi that Narayan Singh S/O Sh. Manglu Ram R/O Khogurada (Gohdwar) beat her up. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

46 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 5900/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours
