CASE OF THEFT, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 59/13 dated 23/07/13 U/S 323, 382, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. B.S.L. Colony on the complaint of Sh. Dev Raj S/O Late Sh. Balak Ram R/O Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) .On 23/07/13 at about 8:30 PM Naresh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Nand Lal & Ghanshyam resident of same locality came in his shop and snatched ten thousand Rupees and beat him and also threatened with dire consequences. ASI Rajender Thakur I/O of P.S. B.S.L. Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ATTEMPT TO SUICIDE
2 Case FIR No.186/13 dated 23/07/13 U/S 309 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Paras Ram House No. 67/07 National Street Mandi Distt. Mandi(H.P.) presently Sanitary Supervisory Municipal Corporation Mandi (H.P.) that on 27/07/13 at about 3PM when they are removing the unauthorized Rehari & Fari, at Mandi Town ,in mean time Sukh Dev tried to commit the suicide by consuming some poisonous material . HC Shiv Singh I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
3 Case FIR No. 187/13 dated 23/07/13 U/S 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rajan Sharma S/O Sh. Lekh Raj R/O Chalah P.O. Gutkar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 14/07/13 he was beaten by his Grandmother & Uncle and he sustained injuries. HC Nand Lal I/O of P.P. City Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 96 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,750 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 10challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 1000 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
