CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
1. Case FIR No. 183/13 dated 17/0/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Diwan Chand R/O VPO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Neelu S/O Sh. Shri Dutt R/O Vill. Baira PO Pingla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up. Asi Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 117 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 20,700/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
