CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1.      Case FIR No. 54/13 dated 16/07/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Shesh Ram S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O Banala PO Panarsa Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi (HP) that today at about 6 AM a maruti van (HP34A-0249) rolled down in the Beas river and dead body of driver of above mentioned vehicle namely Sonam Chhering S/O Lopgung R/O Shyari PO Ropa Sub Tehsil Aut Distt. Mandi was found lying nearby of said van. ASI Mohar Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No. 158/13 dated 16/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Gurmeet Singh S/O Sh. Dilbag Singh R/O Rudewal PO Nupur Bedi Tehsil Anandpur Sahib Distt. Ropar (PB) that he is driver of with vehicle (PB12J-6876) and on 15/07/13 he was on his way with above mentioned vehicle and at about 10.40 PM when he reached at Purana Bus Stand Sundernagar, in the mean time a scooty (HP31-7216) came from Bilaspur side very rashly which was driven by Vineet Rathaur S/O Sh. Mani Chand R/O VPO Mahadev Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) struck with his vehicle and rider of said scooty sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh No. 407 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 179/13 dated 15/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by HC Bhagat Ram No. 901 that he received information from Control Room that two vehicles met with an accident near Rani-Ki-Bain. He visited the spot and found that vehicle (HP33C-3995) and (HP33C-1963) collided with each other due to rash and negligent driving. HC Bhagat Ram No. 901 I.O. of Highway Patrol Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

4.      Case FIR No. 180/13 dated 15/07/13 U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Kamlesh Kumar S/O Sh. Chaman Singh VPO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/07/13 he was going to the office of he Principal, in the mean time two students namely Raju and Bholu obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRCUTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.      Case FIR No. 57/13 dated 16/07/13 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Tara Chand R/O Vill. Palauhta PO Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Nand Lal R/O Vill. Palauhta obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Karan Singh No. 24 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HURT

6.      Case FIR No. 182/13 dated 15/07/13 U/S 325,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Abinash Kumar S/O Sh. Bachitar Singh Negi R/O Bathar PO Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/07/13   he was escaping his friend Pankaj Kumar from the clutches of Satish Kumar and Satish Kumar bit his finger. HC Nand Lal No. 41 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

7.      93 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 6800/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 2 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
