CASE OF CHEATING AND CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY
1. Case FIR No. 106/13 dated 25/07/13 U/S 420,120B IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram R/O Ward No. 1, Luxmi Bazaar Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Saroj Devi D/O Sh. Jodhu Ram R/O Vill. Ropa PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) sold his land measuring situated atmohal Ropa Padhar in Khasra No. 486 & 488 and she cheated the complainant. SI Rajinder Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 172/13 dated 26/07/13 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Besar Singh S/O Sh. Hira Lal R/O Vill. Chowki Chandrahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/07/13 Ramesh Chand and Chetan Sharma obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Susheel Guleria Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
3. 78 challans were issued and fine of Rs.9900/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 9 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
