CASE OF ROAD   ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No. 103/13 dated 19/07/13 U/S 279 IPC has been  registered in P.S. karsog  on the  complaint of Sh.  Rippen  Lal S/O Sh. Jagar Nath  R/O VPO Prassi Tehsil Nihari Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/07/13  at about 7:50 PM  when he was parking  his vehicle  in CH Karsog complex, in mean time  Car No.(HP30A-0388) came rashly from opposite side  and hit his Vehicle.  ASI Sohan Lal I/C of Traffic  Karsog  is investigating the case. 

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

 

2         Case FIR No. 184/13 dated 19/07/13  U/S  454, 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S Sadar on the  complaint of Sh. Munish Kumar S/O Sh.  Hem  Singh  R/O VPO Moviseri  Tehsil Chachaut Distt. Mandi (H.P.) presently residing  Nela  near  Ango –Indian School that  on 14/07/13 he went to his home  and on 19/07/13 when he returned back then he found that some unknown culprits stole  away his  Computer accessory by breaking  the lock of the door.  HC Dharam Singh No. 61  I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

         

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,ASSAULT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

                            

3       Case FIR No. 54/13 dated 19/07/13 U/S  341, 355, 504 , 506 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the complaint of  Smt.  Nirmla Devi  W/O Sh.  Hira Lal  R/O Ropa Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP.) that  on 18/07/13 when she was going to her home along with her family, in mean time Bhag Singh , Jai Singh, Roop Singh , Sunder Lal and  Rattan Chand  came there and obstructed  her  way and  abused her and also threatened with dire consequences.  HC Tilak Raj No. 868 I/O of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY, FORGERY, CHEATING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        CaseFIR No. 100/13 dated 20/07/13  U/S  419, 420,  467, 468, 471, 504, 506,  IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Kasmir Singh  S/O Sh. Sadhau Dass R/O Kholi P.O. Ahju Tehsil Jongindernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that  Rita  Devi W/O  Sh. Pyare Lal R/O  Kholi P.O. Ahju Tehsil  Jogindernagar  Distt. Mandi is working as a  Beldar in  I&PH Department  Chountra. On  24-03-12 to 26/03/13  she was admitted  at Hospital Baijnath but in the muster roll  she has been marked  present  on duty .  ASI Thakru Ram I/C of P.P. Ghatta is investigating  the case.

CHALLAN

5         89 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 16,400 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   9challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 900 -/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
