CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

1        Case FIR No. 52/13 dated 1/07/13 dated  1/07/13  U/S  457, 380,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Kamlesh Kumar  S/O  Sh. Sant  Singh  R/O Parthi P.O. Balu Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he is working  in Power Grid  Company  at Banala . On 1/07/13  at about 1:30 AMwhen  he  was going to Sagali  in vehicle No. (HP65-1020) and reached  near PWD  store  at Aharu, then he found  that TATA Safari was  standing on the road  and  4/5  unknown persons were loading  the  Black Charcoal Materials.  All of them ran away from the spot . 6 drums  had  stolen  away by the unknown persons  from the PWD Store. HC Khem Singh No. 21  I/O of P.S. Aut  is investigating  the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY AND HURT

2        Case FIR No. 88/13 dated 01/07/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog  on the complaint of  Sh. Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Ajit Singh R/O Salogi P.O. Pokhi Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 30/06/13  at about 8PM when he was going to his home   along with Yog Raj  and Ramesh Kumar , in mean time  Anoop  Ram, Leeladhar  and  Lal Chand  obstructed their  way  beat them . HC  Tej Singh  No. 55 I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS   AND HURT .

3        Case FIR NO. 89/13  dated 1/07/13 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Mast Ram S/O Sh.  Atma  Ram R/O Salogi P.O. Pokhi  Tehsil Karsog  Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on  30/06/13  at about 7:30 PM when he and Nanju Devi were  present in his home in the mean time  Yuvraj, MohanLal, Jeet Ram  and  Bhawani Dutt entered  in the courtyard of his house and beat both of them . ASI Amar  Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4        Case FIR NO. 170/13 dated 30/06/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint  of Sh. Pawan Sharma S/O Sh. Roop Lal  R/O  Mundkhar Tehsil  Bhoranj  that  on 30/06/13  when  he was  present at  Baldwara , in the mean time  Bablu came  there  and beat  him . HC  Chaman  Lal No. 38 I/O of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

5        49 challan were issed  and fine of Rs. 9000-/- was recovered under  M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
