1 Case FIR No. 58/13 dated 18/07/13 U/S 341, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Smt. Saneh Lata W/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O Khatrwari P.O. Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mnadi (H.P.) that on 18/07/13 at about 8:30 PM when she was coming to her home from her relative's house , in mean time Shiv Ram obstructed her way and abused her . ASI Triliok Chand I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 165/13 dated 18/07/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Vinod kumar S/O Sh. Braham Dass R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that he was obstructed and beaten by Pankaj and Amit and he sustained injuries. (Prob). SI Munish Raj I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 166/13 dated 19/07/13 U/S 451, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the compalint of Sh. Bhupinder Pathania S/O Sh. Kasmir Singh R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/07/13 at about 10:30 AM when he was present in his shop along with his brother Neeraj Kumar , in mean time Rajkumar , Shankar came there along with JCB and changed the flow of water into his courtyard and beat both of them and also threatened with dire consequences. SI Ranjan Sharma I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF MISCHIEF AND HURT
4 Case FIR No. 167/13 dated 19/07/13 U/S 336 , 323 , 427,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dalip Kumar S/O Sh. Rajender Pal R/O VPO Nerchowk Tehsil Sundernagr Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 19/07/13 his neighborer dropped clay at the adjacent to his Hotel due to which water came inside his house and also beat him and he sustained injuries. HC Ram Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
5 Case FIR No. 161/13 dated 19/07/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal I/C of P.P. Slapper on 19/07/13 he went on the spot on a Telephonic information and found that Truck No. (RJ01-GA-2863) and Truck No. (HP69A-0362) had collided t with each other near the Gas Plant NH-21 Slapper .This incident occurred due to the rash and negligent driving of both drivers of the Truck namly Ashru khan & Leeladhar . HC Vinod Kumar No. 18 I/O of High Way Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 162/13 dated 19/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Ganga Khatri R/O House No. 99/7 Upper Samkhetar Mandi (H.P.) that he is serving as a J.E. Elec. Division Mandi . On 19/07/13 he was going to shimla by his Car No. (HP33B-4907) along with his family and when they reached near Cinema Chowk Sundernagar, in mean time a Jeep No. (UP11T-6227) came from Bilaspur side and hit his car and he sustained injuries along with his family members. HC Khem Chand No. 47 I/O of TTR Wing Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7 89 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 21,650 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challan were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 400 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
