 CRIMINAL TRESPASS, RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1        Case FIR No. 104/13 dated 21/07/13  U/S  447, 147, 506  IPC has   been registered  in P.S.  Karsog  on the  complaint of  Sh. Harish Chand  S/O  Sh. Diwaker Ram  R/O Mandoli P.O. Churag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on  21/01/13  when he went to his apple's orchard  then he found that  Rattan Lal  came alongwith   five  persons and entered in his  orchard  and also threatened with dire consequences .  HC  Ranjeet Singh I/O of P.S. Karsog is investgating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2        Case FIR No. 105/13 dated 21/07/13 U/S 363,366(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh  S/O Sh.  Param Ram R/O Khandak P.O. Prassi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on  20/07/13    Tilak  Raj S/O Sh.  Gopi  Chand  R/O  Khandak  kidnapped her daughter . ASI  Shantiswaroop   I/C of P.P.Pangna  is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3        Case FIR No. 102/13 dated 21/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by  HC Rajesh Kumar  No. 907   that on an information he went on the spot and found that  a Centro Car No. (HP34B-1532) was falling down   downward from the road and  4 occupants along with driver   who were sitting in the car sustained injuries . HC Rajesh Kumar No. 907 I/O of  P.P. Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No. 168/13 dated 21/07/13  U/S 341, 504, 506, 355, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Aadish Kaushan S/O Sh.  Tara  Chand  Kaushan House No.147/2 Ramnagar  Sarkaghat  presently Accesory Manager Dev Bhumi Motors Chakkar Gutkar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 21/07/13  at about  09:30 PM when he was going to his  residence , in mean time  two persons came there and obstructed his way  and  also threatened with dire consequences. HC Chint Ram No. 873 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

  91  challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 14,500 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   17challans  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 1800 -/- was recovered   and 9 challans were issued under Mining Act  during last 24 hours.
