CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 77/13 dated 03/07/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Dhani Ram S/O Sh. Mahant Ram R/O Vill. Maswari PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/07/13 he parked his M/Cycle (HP32A-1276) in front of his shop at Chailchowk and he was present in his shop, in the mean time a car (HP33A-5270) came very rashly from Baggi side and struck with his M/Cycle. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
2. 75 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,300/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 100 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
