CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT
1 Case FIR No. 169/13 dated 22/07/13 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Singh No. 71 P.O Cell of P.S. Balh that on 22/07/13 he along with other police officials succeeded to arrest Jiva Nand S/O Late Sh. Chamaru Ram R/O VPO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) who was wanted in Case FIR No. 214/01 U/S 336, 338, 201 IPC and was declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. Court JMIC No.4 Mandi on 25/06/10. HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY
2 Case FIR No. 186/13 dated 22/07/13 U/S 289 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Shiv Ram S/O Sh. Labh Singh R/O Pipli Balh P.O. Darwar Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 22/07/13 at about 12 PM when he was working in his cowshed , in mean time a pet dog of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Sukh Ram resident of same locality, came there and bit him. HHC Atter Singh No. 154 of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
3 Case FIR No. 170/13 dated 23/07/13 U/S 457,380 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Narender Kumar S/O Sh. Rawati Ram R/O Ropa P.O. Baihana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that during the intervening night of 21-22/07/13 some unknown culprits stole away some electric articles by breaking the lock of the his shop . HC Chint Ram No. 873 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
4 88 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,700 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 4challan were issued under COPTA & fine of Rs. 700 -/- was recovered and 1 challan were issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
