CASE OF ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 162/13 dated 13/07/13 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Santosh Patial S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O near Gopal Mandir Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 13/07/13 a truck (HP32-8031) which was driven by Ram Lal S/O Sh. Chet Ram R/O VPO Balt struck his parked car and damaged it. SI Yog Raj I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2. Case FIR No. 163/13 dated 14/07/13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC & U/S 187 M.V. Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by ASI Shamhser Singh that on 13/07/13 Dharmender Kumar @ Pankaj S/O Sh. Munshi Ram R/O Kot, Munish Kumar S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Kot and Ravi @ Sunni were going by M/Cycle (HP31A-5359) at Nalsar and an unknown truck hit their M/Cycle and sped away from the spot and Munish Kumar was declared brought dead by the M.O. of CHC Ratti. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3. Case FIR No. 53/13 dated 14/07/13 U/S 451,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Acchari Devi W/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Vill. Kahog PO Barot Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/07/13 her brother-in-law Raj Kumar entered in her kitchen and beat her up. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
4. Case FIR No. 157/13 dated 14/07/13 U/S 447,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kaushlya Devi W/O Sh. Shaukiya Ram R/O Vill. Sanoh PO Kangu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 11/07/13 Prema Ram, Ram Dei, Reeta Devi and Meera Devi entered in her fields and beat her up. HC Chaman Lal No. 895 I.O. of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.

5. 114 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 17,650/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
