CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND HURT

1.      Case FIR No. 153/13 dated 10/07/13 U/S 498A,323,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the written complaint of Smt. Anita Kumari W/O Sh. Dagu Ram R/O Vill. Bhardwan PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married 8 years ago with Dagu Ram S/O Sh. Sheru Ram R/O Vill. Bhardwan PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) and after her marriage her father-in-law & her husband started to torture her mentally and physically. ASI Ram Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF NO-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT

2.      Case FIR No. 152/13 dated 09/07/13 U/S 174 A IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 Incharge P.O. Cell P.S. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 09/07/13 he along with other police officials succeeded to arrest Bhim Singh S/O Sh. Bhola Dutt R/O Anubahal PO Behli Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi who was wanted in case FIR No. 318/05 dated 26/09/05 U/S 380 IPC and he was declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. Court of JMIC Court No.1 Sundernagar on 12/10/2012. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3.      Case FIR No. 151/13 dated 09/07/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Vill. Dhalivar PO Kallar Tehsil  & Distt. Mandi at present posted in Pin Stock Guard BBMB Colony Slapper that on 09/07/13 he was on patrolling duty in Pin Stock Bridge Slapper, in the mean time an Alto Car (HP11-6733) came from Khurahal side very rashly and struck with the gate and all 6 occupants of said car sustained injuries. HC Tara Chand No. 876 I.O. of P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.      Case FIR No. 97/13 dated 09/07/2013 U/S 447,379,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Jagdish Sharma S/O Late Sh. Hem Raj Sharma R/O Vill. Bhamrara PO Mahunag Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Dila Ram, his mother, his wife, his son and Chiranji Lal along other three/four persons entered in his apple orchard and stole away 80/90 boxes of apples from his orchard having approximately cost of Rs. 1,60,000/-. ASI Sohan Lal I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT

5.      Case FIR No. 96/13 dated 09/07/13 U/S 457,380,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Lok Raj R/O Vill. Sabot PO Tattapani Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/07/13 some unknown culprits broke the lock of her house tried to commit theft. ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 173/13 dated 09/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal S/O Sh. Ranjeet Singh R/O Lukanu PO Khalardu Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi  (HP) that on 09/07/13 his uncle Sh. Avtar Singh was going by his jeep (HP33B-1557) from Mandi to Anni and when he reached at 7 mile a truck of GREF (10E-60549) came from Pandoh side very rashly and hit his jeep due to which his uncle Sh. Avtar Singh sustained injuries. HC Balam Ram No. 540 I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

7.      Case FIR No. 176/13 dated 0-9/07/13 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj S/O Sh. Dila Ram R/O Vill. Sadwal PO Gehra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 07/07/13 his minor daughter was kidnapped by some unknown culprits. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8. 85 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 10,700/-    was recovered under M.V. Act and 1  challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
