CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case  FIR No. 191/13 dated 28/07/13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506,34 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Govind Ram  R/O House No. 273/13 Sauli Khad  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi.(H.P) on 27/07/13 Manider and Rahual Malhotra obstructed  his way and  beat her up and also  threatened with dire consequences.  ASI Sawroon Roop Singh I/O of P. S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTINGWAY AND HURT

2          Case FIRNo.188/13 dated 27/07/13 U/S 341, 323, IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Dalip Kumar  S/O Sh.  Narayan Singh R/O Tadoon P.O. Samound Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 27/07/13 at about 9:45 AM  when he was going  towards his shop at Tadoon, in mean time  Parveen Kumar  resident of same locality obstructed his way and  beat him. HC  Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I/o of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          CaseFIR No. 189/13 dated 27/07/13 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Parveen Kumar S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Tadoon PO Samoud Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that on 27/07/13 at about 9:45AM when he was going to shop at Tadoon , in mean time  Dalip Kumar  S/O Shf. Narayan Singh resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him .  HC Sarwan Kumar  I/O of P.P. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 108/13 dated 27/07/13 U/S 279, 337 , 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Bhupinder Kumar  S/O Sh.  Kaul Ram R/O Takrola P.O. Sainjbagra Tehsil  Karsog  Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 25/07/13 at about 10:30 PM when he going to Delhi in Truck No. (HP64-2406) but  the driver of the above Truck lost  the control upon the  Truck. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the  Truck Driver.  ASI Sohan Lal I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER

5          Case FIR No. 109/13 dated 27/07/13 U/S 307, 326 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint  of  Sh. Ram Lal S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Began P.O. Jassal Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (H.P.)on 8/0713 at about 10:15 Pm when  when he was present at Rohal, in mean time  Kundal Lal  Pradhan Gram Panchyat Tattapani came along with  five persons and beat him up.  ASI Shashi  Kumar I/o of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No. 167/13 dated 27/07/13 U/S 452, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Naresh Kumar  S/O Late Sh. Almu Ram R/O Patrahan PO Kapahi Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi(H.P.)  that on 27/07/13  at about 2:30 PM n when he was present in his house, in mean time  Kamla Devi W/O Sh. Ghanshyam entered in his house and quarreled for cutting the grass from her land and also beat him .  HC Ravinder Singh I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

7          83 challans  were issued  and fine of Rs. 11,800 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and   5challan  were issued under COTPA  & fine of  Rs. 500 -/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
