CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 55/13 dated 17/07/13 U/S 279,337,338 ,304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Akhilesh Kumar Rai S/O Sh. Jalm Rai R/O Herpur Balhra P.O. Baghi Distt. Mujaffarpur (Bihar) presently working in Hindustan Construction Company at Sainj Distt. Kullu (H.P.) that he is posted as driver with Vehicle (HP 49A-0614) and on 17/07/13 he was going to Aut along with Er. Bhupinder Kumar and when they reached near Aut tunnel and waiting for the Bus, in the mean time a Tata Sumo (HP01K-3695) came very rashly from Kullu Side and struck with his vehicle and thereafter said vehicle fell down in the Beas River due to which all occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries and Er. Bhupinder Kumar who was sitting inside his vehicle succumbed to his injuries. SI Anil SHO of P.S. AUT is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS,HURT AND INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR NO. 159/13 dated 17/07/13 U/S 451, 323, 336, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Yash Pal Singh S/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Lahaun P.O. Bayla Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi that on 17/07/13 at about 7:30 PM when he was present in his shop, in the mean time Jagdish Kumar & Sewek Ram S/O Sh. Sher Singh R/O Lahanu entered in his shop and started to abuse him and also beat him up. HC Hem Raj No. 19 I/O of P.P. Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT .
3 Case FIR No. 160/13 dated 18/07/13 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 of P.O. Cell P.S. Sundernagar that today he along with other police officials succeeded to arrest Vikash Kumar @Sonu S/O Sh. Krishan Gopal R/O VPO Kadoa Tehsil Mandi(H.P.) who was wanted in case FIR No. 331/04 dated 31/10/04 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC and he was declared proclaimed offender by the Ld. Court of JMIC No.1 Sundernagar on 01/11/2010. HC Pawan Kumar No. 919 P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 183/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S.Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Partap Singh S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram R/O VPO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that when he was going to Jarol by his truck (HP 65A-0294) and when he reached near Rani- Ki-Bain, in the mean time a Jeep (PB 12N-7478) came very rashly from opposite side and struck with his truck and he sustained injuries along-with the driver of the said Jeep. HC Dharam Dass I/O of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
5 Case FIR No. 99/13 dated 17/07/13 U/S 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dharmender Kumar S/O Sh. Rattan Singh R/O Shraodi P.O. Pangna Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/07/13 he was going to his home by HRTC Bus from Karsog, in mean time Deepak Kumar S/O Sh. Dayal Singh R/O Lol beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Ranjeet Singh No. 711 I/O of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
81challans were issued and fine of Rs. 12,600/- was recovered under M.V. Act and 4 challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 500 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
