CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 198/13 dated 27/06/13 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by SI Rattan Chand I.O. of SIU Mandi that today he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Sauli Khad and during the course of patrolling he recovered 75 Gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Nand Lal S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Hawani PO Kandhar Tehsil Arki Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rattan Chand I.O. of SIU  Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 188/13 dated 26/07/13 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Sumna Devi W/O Sh. Kamlesh Kumar R/O Janed PO Marathu Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/07/13 she was working in her home, in the mean time her mother-in-law came there and beat her up. HC Dharam Dass I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3.      Case FIR No. 62/13 dated 26/07/13 U/S 341,353,332,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Shiv Ram driver of vehicle (HP31B-0581) in BBMB Sub Division BSL Colony Sundernagar that on 26/07/13 he was on duty with above mentioned vehicle alongwith an employ namely Rajinder Singh, in the mean time a white colour car obstructed his way and two persons pulled him out from said vehicle and beat him up. HC Dharam Chand No. 897 I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4.      Case FIR No. 61/13 dated 26/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Kesar Singh R/O Vill. Hehra PO Chambi that on 26/7/13 Sumesh Kumar S/O Sh. Padam Singh R/O Ghandoli was going by M/Cycle (HP31C-0312) and when said M/Cycle reached at near Palohta it hit a pedestrian namely Kumari Prakriti and she sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I.O. of BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.      Case FIR No. 174/13 dated 27/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Balam Ram S/O Sh. Gokal Ram R/O VPO Rewalsar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/07/13 a Santro Car (HP28-5770) fell down in a nullah near hospital. ASI Susheel Guleira Incharge Police Post Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6.      Case FIR No. 107/13 dated 26/07/13 U/S 353,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rajesh Kumar S/O Late Sh. Maya Ram R/O VPO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working in HPSEBL Section Balakrupi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) as T-Mate. On 06/07/13 Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Mehar Singh R/O Vill. Seru PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) attacked upon him with a sharp weapon and he sustained injuries. HC Thakur Singh No. 53 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CHEATING CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST, CHEATING AND FORGERY

7.      Case FIR No. 108/13 dated 26/07/13 U/S 406,420,467,468,471 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Pawna Devi, Pradhan of G.P. Badehar PO Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that during the year 1991, Ex Secretary Jitender Kumar misappropriated govt. funds of G.P. Badehar and he had also not   handed over the charge of G.P. Badehar during the course of his transfer from said G.P. ASI Thakru Ram I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8.      Case FIR No. 106/13 dated 26/07/13 U/S 451,323,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt Shanta Devi W/O Sh. Dola Ram R/O Vill. Barod PO Shakra Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/07/13 Chamaru Ram entered in her house and beat her up. HC Tej Singh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDNET

9.      Case FIR No. 107/13 dated 26/07/13 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Himesh Kumar S/O Sh. Jai Lal R/O Vill. Kot PO Sapnot Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 26/07/13 at about 8 PM he received information that a car (HP33A-9275) met with an accident near Mela Ground at Mahunag due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of said car. HC Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

10.  89 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 16,900/-  was recovered under M.V. Act and 1 challan was issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
