1 Case FIR No. 175/13 dated 29/07/13 U/S 21 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by SI Yog Raj I/O of P.S. Balh that on 29/07/13 when he was on patrolling along with other police officials then during the course of patrolling he recovered 1 Gram Smack/ Brown Suger from the possession of Kartar Singh S/O Late Sh. Besari Ram R/O Vill. Lower Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi . Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by SI Yog Raj I/O of P.S. Balh
CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SEVANT .
2 Case FIR No.176/13 dated 30/07/13 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by HC Dharmender Singh PO Cell of P.S. Balh that today he along with other police officials succeeded in arresting Shakti Chand S/O Sh. Panjku Ram R/O Karshoh P.O. Patnaun Tehsil Sujanpur Distt. Hamirpur (H.P.) who was wanted in Case FIR No33/90 dated 30/01/90 U/S 302 IPC. and who was declared Proclaimed Offender by the High Court of HP on 26/03/97. HC Dharmender Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUSTING WAY, RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 168/13 dated 29/07/13 U/S 341, 323, 147, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Khem Chand S/O Sh. Lal Man R/O Chhatter PO Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/07/13 at about 4:45 PM when he was going to sundernagar in his Car No.(HP31A-6376) and reached near his house, in mean time Maruti Car No.(HP31A-7191) came there and obstructed his way, when the complainant requested for the way, persons sitting in the car beat him and he sustained injuries. SI Madan Lal I/O of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 59/13 dated 30/07/13 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S Aut on the complaint of Sh. Hari Ram S/O Sh. Pot Ram R/O Khalwan P.O Thachi Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 30/07/13 at about Jeep No. (HP66-2704) was going to ChailChowk and reached near Rain Nala , in mean time Bolero Jeep No. (JK08B-8406) came rashly from Mandi Side and collided with above said jeep . This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving the driver of Balero Jeep namely, Rakesh Kumar S/O Sh. Jager Singh R/O Hot Camp Sanjhimore Tehsil Hira Nagar Distt. Kathua (J&K) . HC Harbans Singh No. 68 I/O of P.S. Aut is investigating the case

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT AND CRIMIANL INTIMIDATION5 Case FIR No. 191/13 dated 30/07/13 U/S 451, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Krishni Devi W/O Sh. Roop Lal R/O Thurd P.O Bhadarwar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/07/13 Luharu Ram came along with his wife and mother and entered in her courtyard and beat her. ASI Hari Singh I/o of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
6 Case FIR No. 190/13 dated 30/07/13 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered idn P.S Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Tara Chand S/O Sh. Sohan Lal R/O Math P.O. Baldwara Tehsil sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that on the interveinging night of 29-30/07/13 some unknown culprits stole away jewellary by breaking the lock of the door of the Kali Mata temple . ASI Jagdish Chand I/C of P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
7 Case FIR No. 192/13 dated 30/07/13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Partap Singh S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O RehadDhar P.O. Nasloh Tehsil sadar Distt.Mandi (H.P.) that 29/07/13 when he was going to his home , in mean time Naresh Kumar Sikander, Vinod and Naresh Kumar resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him. HC Durga Dass I/o of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 97 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 19,400 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 2challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 200 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
