CASE OF BURGLARY AND THEFT
1 Case FIR No. 161/13 dated 11/07/13 U/S 457, 380 IPC has been registered in P.S.Balh on the complaint of Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Yog Raj R/O Trayambli P.O. Brikhmani Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that she had gone to Kanda along with her daughter before 15days . But on 11/07/13 at about 4:30AM when she came back to her home then she found that some unknown culprits had stole away the cash Rs. 1,50000-/- and jewelry by breaking the lock of the godrej almira . ASI Shamsher Singh I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND UNDER SC/ST ACT
2 Case FIR No. 154/13 dated 10/07/13 U/S 353, 332, 506 & 3(1)(X) of SC&ST Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi D/O Sh. Kalu Ram R/O VPO Barmana Tehsil Sadar Distt. Bilaspur that she is posted as a sweeper in CHC Dehar.On9/07/13 Pharmacist Ramesh Gupta abusing her by calling the caste related words and beat her up and also threaten with dire consequences. Dy.S.P. Kulbhushan Verma SDPO Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND MISCHIEF
3 Case FIR No. 54/13 dated 11/07/13 U/S 341, 323, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Besar Singh S/O Sh. Het Ram R/O Palahota P.O. Upper Behli Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that today at about 10:40 AM while he along with his mother were going to his farm situated at Upper Behli, in mean time Ramesh Kumar came along with his wife, Smt. Kirna Devi resident of same locality and obstructed their way and beat him up . HC Karam Singh No. 24 I/O of P.S. BSL Colony is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
7 83 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 13,200 -/-was recovered under M.V. Act and 3 challan were issued under COTPA & fine of Rs. 300 -/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
