CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 111/13 dated 30/07/13  U/S  279, 337 , 427 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar  by HC  Thakur Singh  that on an information he went on  the spot  at  Dhelu and found that  vehicle No. (HP29B-9990) fell down downward from the road . Who was coming from Baijnath to Mandi side. This incident occurred due to rash and negligent  driving  of the driver above said vehicle, namely  JoginderKumar S/O Late Sh.  Kali Dass Walia R/O Jogindernagar PO jogindenagar  Distt. Mandi(H.P)  and he sustained injuries. HC Thakur Singh No. 53 I/O of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

2          Case FIR No. 194/13 dated 30/07/13 U/S  341, 323, 427, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Rupesh Sain S/O Sh/. Khem Singh  R/O Talyahar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.) that  on 30/07/13  he along with his friend was coming back from shimla , in mean time  Muni Lal came along with his three friends and  obstructed  their way and  beat him  and also damaged his car by rod . 3          Case FIR No. 195/13 dated 31/07/13 U/S  379, 353, 332, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh.  Bes Ram  S/O Sh.  Ram Krishan  R/O  Berhal  P.O. Shivabadar  presently  Chowkidar Forest Sub. Division Panarsa  that  in the intervening night of  30/31-07-13  Naresh Kumar,  Deshraj and one unknown person  stole away  3 round logs of cedar(Devdar)  from Berhal, when  complainant tried to obstruct him they  also beat him  and he sustained injuries .  SI Bhem Sain I/O of P.P. 4          Case FIR No. 196/13 dated 31/07/13  U/S  454, 380 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt.  Padma Devi W/O Sh.  Madho Ram  R/O Satol P.O. Saihaly Distt. Mandi(H.P.) that  on 31/07/13  when she went to shop from   her house to take the Ration, in mean time some unknown  person  entered in her house and  stole away golden ornaments. 5          Case FIR No. 177/13 dated 31/07/13  U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Krishan  Chand  S/O Sh. Hari Ram  R/O Banaun P.O. Sidhyani  Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (H.P.)  that on 31/07/13 at about 9PM  Jagdish Chand  entered in her house and abused him. ASI  Shushil Guleria I/C of  P.P. Rewalsar  is investigating the case.

Mandi(H.P.)  that on 30/07/13   when he was going to Barmana along with his  Tipper  and reached near  Harabag, in mean time  Car No. (HP31B-1285) came rashly  from Slapper side and hit the  Moter Cycle No. (HP 31C-0625). This incident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of  car  driver namely,  Beli  Ram S/O Sh. Thina Ram . HC Ram Lal I/O of  High Way Patrol Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 CASE UNDER INDECENT PREPRESENTATION OF WOMEN PROHIBITION ACT

7          Case FIR No. 171/13  dated 31/07/13  U/S  6 of  (Indecent Representation  of Women Prohibition Act 1986) has  been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint  of  Sh. DeshRaj  S/O Sh.  Munsi Ram R/O Ghera P.O. Ghaghnu Tehsil  Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (H.P) that  Vikrant  S/O  Sh. Parkash  Chand R/O  Khurahal Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Balh  that  on 29/07/13 when he was on patrolling along with other police officials  then during the course of patrolling he recovered  1 Gram Smack/ Brown Suger from the  possession of  Kartar Singh  S/O Late Sh.  Besari Ram R/O Vill. Lower Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi . Accused has been arrested and further investigating is being carried out by  SI Yog Raj I/O of P.S. Balh

 

 CASE OF NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM  PUBLIC  SEVANT .

2    Case FIR No.176/13 dated 30/07/13 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh by  HC Dharmender Singh  PO Cell of P.S. Balh that  today he along with  other police officials  succeeded  in arresting    Shakti Chand  S/O Sh. Panjku Ram R/O Karshoh P.O. Patnaun Tehsil Sujanpur Distt. Hamirpur (H.P.)  who was wanted in Case FIR No33/90 dated 30/01/90  U/S  302 IPC.  and  who  was  declared Proclaimed  Offender by the High Court of HP on 26/03/97.    HC Dharmender  Singh I/O of P.S. Mandi (H.P.) that on 29/07/13   at about 4:45 PM when he was going to sundernagar  in his Car No.(HP31A-6376) and reached near  his house, in mean time  Maruti Car No.(HP31A-7191) came there and obstructed his  way, when the complainant requested for  the way, persons sitting in the car beat him  and he sustained injuries.
