CRIME REPORT ON 30 SEPTEMBER

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 102/15 dated 30/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been
registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.
Uttam Chand that on 29/09/15 he was present at Skore Nala and at
07:30PM a truck (HP68-4655) fell down from the road which was driven
by Santosh Kumar. In this accident 03 persons sustained injuries. HC
Dharam Pal I/O PP Nihri is investigating the case.
CASE OF RASH DRIVING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2. Case FIR No. 154/15 dated 29/9/15 U/S 279,504,506 IPC has been
registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vineet Kumar
S/O Sh. Dhruv Dev R/O Vill. Matyan PO Chadihar Tehsil Jaisinghpur
Distt. Kangra (HP) that on 17/09/15 he was going to his home and in
the meantime HRTC Bus No. HP 53A-3868 hit his car from wrong side and
the driver of above bus also abused and threatened him . HC Sanjeev
Kumar I/O PS Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT
3. Case FIR No. 246/15 dated 29/9/15 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has
been registered in P.S Sundrnagar by ASI Balak ram that on 29/9/15
he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Kanaid and
during the course of patrolling he recovered 2000ML illicit liquor
from the possession of Bhoop Singh S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Bayarta
Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Balak Ram I/O PS Sunder Nagar is
investigating the case.
CASE OF ND&PS ACT
4. Case FIR NO. 234/15 dated 30/9/15 U/S 20-61-85 of ND&PS Act has
been registered at PS Sadar Mandi by HC Sanjeev Kumar that on
30/9/15 at about 9:15 AM he was on Patrolling along with other Police
officials at Do Amb and during the course of patrolling he recovered
116 Gram Charas from the Possession of Atul Sharma S/O Sh. Puran Chand
Sharma R/O Village Govarta PO SarkiDhar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi
(HP). HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ND&PS ACT
5. Case FIR No. 91/15 dated 29/09/15 U/S 15-61-85 of ND&PS Act has
been registered at PS Padhar that on 24/06/15 ASI Chiranji Lal was on
investigation of case FIR No. 55/15 of PS Padhar and during the
investigation he recovered 474 gram Husk in the room of Rajiv Sharma.
After chemical analysis the result of RFSL Mandi received and
declared that was poppy straw husk. In this behalf case has been
registered and investigating by HC Rajender Kumar I/O PP Kamand.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING
6. Case FIR No. 92/15 dated 30/09/15 U/S 363, 366 IPC has been
registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh.
Jhangi Ram R/O Vill. Dhamchyan PO Thaltukhod Tehsil. Padhar Distt.
Mandi (HP) that his daughter has been missing since 28/09/15 and he
suspect that Chet Ram S/O Late Sh. Beli Ram R/O Ropa Padhar PO Gumma
Tehsil Jogindernagr Distt. Mandi (HP) has kidnapped his daughter. ASI
Joginder Singh I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CHALLANS
7. 285 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 58400/- was
recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs.
1300/- was recovered and 10 Challans were issued under Mining Act and
fine of Rs. 35300 was recovered during last 24 hours.
