CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.      Case FIR No. 247/15 dated 19/09/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered at PS Balh, on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Chandermani R/O Vill. Tanda PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/09/15  at about 09:00 PM after closing the shop he was on the way to his home in the mean time Lekh Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. He also threaten him with dire consequences. ASI Sahab Singh I/O PS  Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2.      Case FIR No. 237/15 dated 18/09/15 U/S 341, 323,325, 506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Arun Sharma S/O Sh. Chunni Lal R/O Vill. Tatahar PO Nabahi Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was on his way and Lalit Guleria S/O Sh. Ravinder Singh VPO Bhambla, Surender Kumar S/O Sh. Anant Ram and some other persons obstructed his way and beat him up. They also threaten him with dire consequences. HC Ravi Kant I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

3.      Case FIR No. 87/15 dated 18/09/15 U/S 324 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Chamaru Ram S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O Vill. Bagla Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/09/15 Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Lal Chand R/O Vill. Sarni called him and at about 03:30 PM when he reached at Kufardhar Sanjay Kumar beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Baldev Singh I/O PS Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS

4.      Case FIR No. 236/15 dated 18/09/15 U/S 452 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sunil Kumar S/O Sh. Sohan Lal Vill. Chakli PO Slapper Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/09/15 at 03:30PM Rakesh Kumar entered in his house and broke his almirha . ASI Rajender Kumar I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

5.      Case FIR No. 63/15 dated 18/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Dharampur by SI Parveen Kumar that on 18/09/15 he was on patrolling along with other Police Officials at Kot and during the course of patrolling he recovered 14 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Chander Kant S/O Sh. Bhagmal R/O Vill. Bhari PO Kot Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Praveen Kumar SHO PS Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.      Case FIR No. 236/15 dated 18/09/15 U/S 279 IPC and U/S 187 of MV Act has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Amit Kumar S/O Manohar Lal Vill. Chhuhra PO Tihra Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/09/15 at about 10:45 AM he parked his car (HP28A-6500) outside of his office then a car (HP32B-1180) came very rashly and hit his car and ran away from the spot. HC Vijay Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

7.      Case FIR No. 148/15 dated 18/09/15 U/S 323, 325, 504 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Byasha Devi W/O Lt. Sh. Roshan La VPO Bassi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/09/15 at 09:00 PM when she was present in his room, her daughter-in-law came there and beat her up and she sustained injuries. HC Mangat Ram I/O PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT, ASSAULT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8.      Case FIR No. 149/15 dated 18/9/15 U/S 149,451,323,355,504,506 IPC has been registered at PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Rohit Kumar S/O Sh. Mehar Singh Vill. Hardbeharu PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi received through Ld.  Court of JMIC Jogindernagar  that on 15/07/15 Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh. Dharam Singh, Seema Devi W/O Sh. Ravinder Kumar, Premi Devi W/O Sh. Dharam Singh, Dharam Singh S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O Vill. Hardbeharu PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi, Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Ramesh Chand R/O Vill. Banuri Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra, Ranjeet Singh R/O Vill. Sungal 98 mile Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra assaulted  him and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Tarsem I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

9.      193 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 42200/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600 was recovered during last 24 hours.
