CASE OF ARSON AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 223/15 dated 24/09/15 U/S 436, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Jamana Devi W/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Chadyara PO Gutkar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/09/15 Ravi Sharma R/O Purani Mandi abused her and threatened her with dire consequences and also set her son's house on fire. ASI Anand Kishore I/O of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 224/15 dated 25/09/15 U/S 279 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar that today he received telephonic information that an accident took place at Pulgharat and on this he rushed immediately to the spot and found that that a Car (HP33B-0963) came very rashly from Sundernagar side and struck with a truck(HP65-1705) . This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving the driver of said Car. ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3 Case FIR No. 142/15 dated 24/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar by ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar that on 23/09/15 Taritar Kumar S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Chandpur PO Kandha Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) was coming to home by his Motor Cycle (HP32-1796) and when he reached near Majrodu, he lost the control on his Motor Cycle and fell down 15 feet downwards from the road and sustained injuries. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT
4 Case FIR No. 121/15 dated 24/09/15 U/s 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Dina Nath Gupta S/O Sh. Sidhu Ram Gupta R/O Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/09/15 Hemant Kumar & Devender Kumar came along with their wives , entered in his home and beat him up . ASI Jhabe Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO NEGLIGENT ACT
5 Case FIR No. 243/15 dated 25/09/15 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Budhi Singh S/O Sh. Bangali Ram R/O Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/09/15 a Motor Cycle rider namely Jeet Ram came by his Motor Cycle ( HP31A-7955) very rashly from Mandi side and struck with a Truck (HP32-3525) and Motor Cycle rider Jeet Ram S/O Sh. Chuharu Ram R/O Tarot P.O. Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 31 years old died on the spot . ASI Balak Ram I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

6 255 Challans were issued under MV Act and fine of Rs. 47,500 /- was recovered and 7 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 700 /- was recovered during last 24 hours
