CASE OF HURT

 

1        Case FIR No. 255/15 dated 27/09/15  U/S 324  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the complaint of Sh. Param Deev S/O Sh.  Bangali Ram R/O Ghatta PO  Kummi  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi  (HP)  that on 27/09/15  Moti Ram  resident of  the same locality  beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC  Naresh Kumar No. 862  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

2        Case FIR No. 256/15 dated 27/09/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on  the complaint of Sh.  Mokti Ram S/O Sh. Bangali  Ram  R/O  Ghatta PO  Kummi Tehsil   Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP ) that on  27/09/15  Param Dev resident of the same locality  obstructed   his way and beat him up .  HC Rajmal No. 875  I.O. of  P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   EXCISE ACT

 

3       Case FIR No. 254/15 dated 26/09/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  Insp Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S.  Balh that  on 26/09/15  he was on    patrolling  alongwith other police officials at  Nagchalla    and during the course of patrolling he recovered  12  Bottles of English Wine from the possession of  Rajender  Kumar  S/O Sh. Roshan  Lal  R/O  Bhojpur  P.O. Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI  Sanjeev Kumar SHO of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4        Case FIR No. 226/15 dated 26/09/15 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Ravi Chattri S/O Sh. Aatang R/O  Rela Kela P.O.  Panposh Distt. Raghu Nath  ( Odisha)  that on 26/09/15  he  alongwith   S/ Sh. Shanker,  Shyam Lal, A.S. Prabhakaran and   driver Mahander Singh  were  going  towards   Sainj by   Tata Sumo(HP66-3206) . When they reached near 6 Mile , in the mean time  driver  Mahander Singh  lost the control on the  vehicle  due to rash driving  and said  vehicle    fell downward  from the road . In this incident   S/ Sh.  Shanker,  A.S. Prabhakaran and   Mahander Singh  sustained injuries.  HC  Jagdish  Thakur I.O. of PP  Pandoh is  investigating the case.

 

CHALLAN

5        221  Challans  were issued under    MV Act and  fine of Rs. 31,000 /-  was recovered   and 4  Challans  were issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 400 /- was recovered during  last 24 hours.
