 CASE OF HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

1         Case FIR No. 222/15 dated 23/09/15 U/S 325, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Bhim Sain S/O Sh. Narpat Ram R/O Kathwahad PO  Bir Tehsil  Sadar Distt. Mandi  (HP) that  on 22/09/15  he was  going to his home  from Mandi  and when he  reached  near Zonal hospital Mandi   a person Bhole  Ram  came there and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.   HC  Dole Ram No. 869  I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

  CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2          Case FIR No. 111/15 dated 23/09/15  U/S 279,337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on  the complaint of Sh Nikka  Ram  at present  posted as a Constable /  driver  of    vehicle (HP34B-0002) of  S.P. Kullu  . On  23/09/15  he    was  on the way  Mandi towards Kullu alongwith  said vehicle   and when reached near  Hanogi Temple, in the mean time  a Tata  407 (HP72-7259)   came rashly from  Kullu  side    and hit  said vehicle. In this incident   driver Nikka Ram, S.P. Kullu  & his wife sustained  injuries.  ASI Subash Chand  I.O. of P.S.Aut  is investigating the case.

3          311  Challans  were issued under    MV Act and  fine of Rs. 63,200   /-  was recovered   and 6   Challans  were issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 800 /- was recovered and  2challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500/- was recovered    during  last 24 hours.
