1 Case FIR No. 139/15 dated 19/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Somdutt S/O Sh. Kaul Ram R/O Kunsot PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 19/09/15 he was going towards Jachh alongwith family members by his Vehicle (HP32A-2539) and when reached near Bani, in the mean time a Jeep (HP65-1660) which was driven by Rajender Kumar , came rashly and hit his said Vehicle. ASI Ashok Kumar I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 19/09/15 he was going Tatapani by Jeep and when he reached near Bhallan, in the mean time a person Punnu obstructed his way and beat him up and also broke the window glass of his Jeep . been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Byasa Devi W/O Sh. Rakesh Kumar R/O Maseran Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today her brother-in-law obstructed her way, beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Naresh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES
5 Case FIR No. 237/15 dated 19/09/15 U/S 498(A) , 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Shri Kant R/O Talwana P.O. Slapper Colony Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that she was married with Shri Kant. But after some time of marriage her husband and family members started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry. On 19/09/15 her husband and mother-in-law beat her up brutally. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

6 Case FIR No. 238/15 Dt. 19-9-15 U/S 341,427, 506,504, 34 IPC has been registered on the statement of Shri Roop Lal S/O Beli Ram Cast Khatri VPO Dehar Teh Sunder Nagar Distt Mandi stated that on Dt. 19-9-15 at about 5-20 pm near his house accused namely Rashmi,Sawitri and krishan obstruct his way and beaten him and abusing. And also threatened to kill his life . Case is being investigating by I/C PP Dehar A S I Brij Lal.

Mandi (HP) that on 19/09/15 Rashmi, Sawaitri & Krishna obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT
8 Case FIR No. 239/15 dated 20/09/15 U/S 23 of Juvenile Justice Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Lal S/O Sh. Mastana Ram R/O Bari PO Dhwal Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 15/09/15 her daughter namely Arti beaten by her teacher and she sustained injuries. ASI Rajender Thakur I/C of PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
9 Case FIR No. 119/15 dated 19/09/15 U/s 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI/ SHO Sunil Kumar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Khandargali and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Keshar Singh S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Bhiuari PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Sunil SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
10 Case FIR No. 120 /15 dated 19/09/15 U/s 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Karsog by SI/ SHO Sunil Kumar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Katanda and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Katanda PO Pokhi Tehsil Karsog Distt. Mandi (HP) . SI Sunil SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 19/09/15 he was going to his home after closing his shop , in the mean time Jitender Kumar S/O Sh. Mast Ram & Neenu S/O Bhagat Ram obstructed his way, beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Rajkumar No. 27 I.O. of P.S. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

12 Case FIR No. 150/15 dated 20/09/15 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Ruma Devi W/O Sh. Joginder Dhiman R/O Rakkar Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra (HP) that on 19/09/15 she was coming back to home from Mata Simsa Temple alongwith her relatives and when she reached near Lad- Bharol bridge , in the mean time three unknown person obstructed the way of their vehicle and beat her up alongwith her relatives. HC Rajmal No. 856 I.O. of PP Lad- Bhraol is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
13 186 Challans were issued under MV Act and fine of Rs. 53,400 /- was recovered and 9 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 1700 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
