CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY,  HURT AND MISCHIEF

1.      1.                       Case FIR No. 79/15 dated 31/08/15 U/S 341, 323, 427 IPC has been registered at PS Padhar on the complaint of  Sh. Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Prakash Chand R/O Vill. Jalehar PO Padhar Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi HP that on 30/08/15 at 6:15 when he was present at Padhar Bazaar in his Safari Jeep No. HP33(T)-9545 in the mean time 5-6 persons came by a Tavera Jeep and obstructed his way and beat him up. They also broke his jeep. HC Rajkumar  I/O PS Padhar is investigating  the case.

CASE OF HURT

2.      Case FIR No. 221/15 dated 31/08/2015 U/S 325,34 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Deepak Thakur S/O Sh. Khem Chand R/O Village Kandla PO Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi that he is a student of 10+02 of  GSSS Gagal. On 27/08/15 he was in Class Room, at that time Aashiq Pathania, Gaurav and Shubham beat him up. He sustained injuries to his ear. ASI Jagdish Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

 

3.      Case FIR No. 80/15 dated 01/08/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS BSL Colony by ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihari that on 01/08/15 at about 4:00AM he was on patrolling duty along with other Police officials at Nihri and during the course of patrolling he stopped a Jeep no. HP62-2531 forcibly, but driver of the jeep ran away from the spot And during the course of searching said jeep he  recovered 495000 ML. illicit liquor from that jeep. ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihari is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4.      Case FIR No. 192/15 dated 1/9/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of  Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O Modern Meet Shop Near Victoria Bridge Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi HP that on today at about 1:20 PM when he was present in front of his shop, in the mean time a M/Cycle came from Purani Mandi side to Khaliyar and other one came from Khaliyar to Purani Mandi side vary rashly and both collided with  each other. Three boys sustained injuries in this acciident. HC Dola Ram I/O PP City Mandi is investigating the case. 

CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5.    5.                 Case FIR No. 98/2015 dated 31/8/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Harjeet Singh S/O Sh. Jagir Singh R/O Rahon Majara Tehsil Nabha Distt Khana Punjab (at Present Labour Service Station Jhiri Sub Tehsil Aut Distt Mandi) that on dated 31-8-2015 at about 8:00 AM he was out side the service station, a jeep No. HP65A-0321 was turning towards service station in the mean time a Motor Cycle No. PB12V-9453 came from Mandi side very rashly and hit the above jeep he sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

6.     6.                   242 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 35600/- was recovered and 22 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2200/- was recovered and 05 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 12700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
