CRIME REPORT 15 SEPT.

             

   CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1            Case FIR No. 239/15 dated 14/09/2015 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Jeber S/O Sh. Mohammad Mutalif, Supervisor NBCC Company ESIC Medical College Bhangrotu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/09/2015 at about 07.45 PM Bunty S/O Sh. Prem Lal R/O Vill. Nerchowk obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64. I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2              Case FIR No. 232/15 dated 14/09/2015 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Rajesh Kumar investigating   officer P.S. Sarkaghat that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Gadhyani and during the course of patrolling he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Shambhu Ram @ Besria Ram S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Vill. Gadhyani PO Rakhoh Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Rajesh Kumar is investigating the case.

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3            Case FIR No. 141/15 dated 15/09/2015 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderngar on the complaint of Sh. Hoshiyar Singh S/O Sh. Prem Singh R/O Gujjar Gehra PO Sidhpur Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi (HP) that Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Lala Ram and Lala Ram obstructed his way at beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Tarshem Singh Incharge P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

4              Case FIR No. 58/15 dated 14/09/2015 U./S 341,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Smt. Malka Devi W/O Sh. Man Singh R/O Vill. Langehar PO Giun Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that Man Singh S/O Sh. Ram Dass resident of same locality obstructed her way and beat her up. HC Sarvan Kumar No. 61 I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

5               258 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 94,200/- was recovered,  17 Challans were issued under COTPA  and fine of  Rs. 1700 was recovered and 1 Challan was  issued under Mining Act and no fine was recovered during last 24 hours.
