Case FIR No 225/15 dated 06/09/15 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Bablu S/O Jagdish Chand R/O Bhantrehar PO Dehar Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi (HP) that on 05/09/15 at about 9:30 PM his Brother-In-Law Bhawar Pal entered in his courtyard and abused him and beat him up. He also threatened to complainant with dire consequences.HC Prabhakar Sharma I/O PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
Case FIR NO 102/2015 dated 05/09/2015 U/S 451,341,506 IPC has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Mohan Lal Village Nachani PO Som Nachani Sub Tehsil BaliChowki Distt Mandi (HP) that on 05/09/2015 he was present at his home and at about 9:00 AM Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Fagnu Ram Village Nachani entered in his house and threatened him with dire consequences. SI Gopal Singh I/C PP Bali Chowki is investigating the case.

Case FIR NO 101/2015 dated 05/09/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC Has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Yashpal S/O Sh. Jai Narayan VPO Badori Tehsil Rewari Distt Haryana that on 05/09/2015 he was going to Manali from Shimla by car no. (DL1ZZ-0501) and at about 3:05 PM when he reached near Panarsa at that time an Alto Car no. (HP49A-0655) came from Kullu side very rashly and hit his above Car. in this accident driver of Alto Car Hira Lal and a Passenger of his Vehicle sustained injuries. HC Hari Singh I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 92/15 dated 05/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS BSL Colony by SI Bhim Sain that on dated 05/09/15 at about 7:00PM when he was on patrolling along with Police party at Gohad Padher and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5000 ML Illicit liquor from the possession of Smt.Mahantu W/O Late Sh.Gandhi Ram R/O Vill. Plohtaa PO Upper Behali Tehsil Sunder Nagar Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Bhim Sain SHO of PS BSL Colony is investigating the case.

Case FIR No 136/15 dated 06/09/15 U/S 39 Of HP Excise Act has been registered by ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C PP Lad Bharol that he was on patrolling along with Police party at Ropari and during the course of patrolling he recovered 04 bottles of English wine and 05 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Sh. Gian Chand S/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O Gahar PO Ropari Kaleharu Tehsil Lad Bharol Distt Mandi HP. ASI Sandeep Kumar I/C PP Lad Bharol is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 201/15 dated 05/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Sadar by ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli that on dated 05/09/15 he was on Patrolling along with other Police officials at Kotli chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 8 bottles of English wine and 3 bottles of beer from the possession of Devi Singh S/O Churu Ram R/O Chanalsa PO Bhargaon Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli is investigating the case.
CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT
Case FIR No. 55/15 dated 05/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Dharampur byASI Rakesh Kumar that he was on patrolling duty along with other Police Officials at Bus Stand Sandhol and during the course of patrolling he recovered 07 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Jagdish Chand S/O Sh. Jai Singh R/O Vill. Gawaila PO and Tehsil Sandhol Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Rakesh Kumar I/C PP Sandhol is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
168 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine fo Rs. 24900/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 200/- was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
