CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1.      Case FIR No. 126/15 dated 06/09/15  U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has  been registered at  PS  Gohar by  ASI Jeet Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli   that  on 06/09/15 he was  on patrolling along with other police  officials  at  Kalhani  and  during  the course of    patrolling he  found that  7000   cannabis  plants  were cultivated  by   Inder Singh  S/O Sh.  Megh  Singh  R/O  Ghorla Pathar PO  Shilbhibagi Tehsil   Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

2.      Case FIR No. 127/15 dated 06/9/15 U/S 20 of  ND&PS Act  has been registered at PS Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli that on 06/09/15 at 5:00PM  he was on patrolling along with other Police party at Kalhani and during the course  of patrolling he found that 9000 cultivated cannabis plants were cultivated by Hari Singh S/O Sh. Megh Singh R/O Vill. Ghorla Pathar PO Shilhibagi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

3.      Case FIR No. 202/15 dated  07/09/15 U/S 39 of  HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Sadar by ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli that on 070/9/15  he was on Patrolling along with other Police staff at Kotli Chowk and during the course of patrolling he recovered 1875 ML illicit liquor from the Possession of  Savitri Devi W/O Lt. Sh. Balak Ram R/O Sapehad PO Bhargaon Tehsil Kotli Distt Mandi HP. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

4.      Case FIR No. 227/15 dated 06/09/2015 U/S 20 of  ND&PS Act has been registered at PS Blah by SI Kuldeep Chand that on 06/09/2015 at about 2:30 PM  he was on Patrolling/Traffic Checking at near Kotlu on Nerchowk-Jahu NH Road, and during the course of patrolling he noticed that a person afraid and ran away after saw the Police party than we also ran after  and caught him. And when he checked we recovered 200 Grams charas  from his  possession. He recognized as Vivek Sharma S/O Sh. Bishan Dass R/O Village Fatoh PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP). SI Kuldeep Chand I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

5.      Case FIR No. 226/15 dated 06/09/2015 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh.  Bansi Ram S/O Sh. Ishru Ram R/O Village Hatnala PO Gurkotha Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP that on 06/09/2015 at about 04:00 AM he was present in a function at the house of Dhameswar at that time Karam Chand obstructed and beat him up. HC Raj Kumar I/O PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

6.      180 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 29000/- was recovered and 13 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 01 Challans was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
