CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 140/15 dated 13/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar by  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I/C of PP Bassi  that  he  was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Kayona and during the course of patrolling  he recovered 21 Bottles of  Country   Liquor  & 9 Bottles of  Beer  from the possession of  Ramesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Jamal  Singh   R/O  Kayona PO  Chimahnu Tehsil  Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) from his shop.  ASI Rajesh  Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

2     Case FIR No.95/15 dated 12/09/15 U/S 279 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in      P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar  on  the complaint of Sh. Sunil  Dutt S/O Sh. Shyam Lal R/O  Chalkhi PO  Diyargi Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) . He  alleged that  on 12/09/15 he was  going to  Sundernagar by  his Car(HP65-4454)  and when reached  near  Tail  Control, in the mean time  a Car(HP31C-6022)  came rashly from Meramsit side and hit  his   car .  HC  Ram Lal  No. 543  I.O.  of  P.S. BSL Colony Sunderangar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT, HURT AND MISCHIEF

 

3          Case FIR  No. 96/15  dated 13/09/15  U/S 452, 380, 323, 427, 34  IPC has been  registered in    P.S. BSL Colony Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Bittu Ram S/O Sh. Chet Ram  R/O  Chai  Ka  Dohra  Tehsil Sunderangar  Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present  working as a salesman on  wine shop at  Jai Devi . He alleged that on 12/09/15  three  person  entered in his shop,  beat him up  and  also stole  away   cash  Rs  16,492  from his shop.  ASI  Shiv  Kumar I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4       Case FIR No. 238/15 dated 12/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV  Act has been registered   in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Abdul Rahim S/O Sh.  Abdul Wasim R/O  Laximpur PO  Korowali Tehsil Bahadurgang (Bihar) at present  residing at Kansha Chowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) . He  alleged that  on 12/09/15  he was present at Kansha Chowk , in the mean time a  Car(HP58-0469)  came rashly from Baggi side and hit a girl namely Karina who  was  walking  alongside  the road.  HC Kamal  Kant  No. 860  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF   CRIMINAL TRESPASS, THEFT AND INTIMIDATION

5         Case FIR No. 139/15 dated 12/09/15  U/S 379, 447, 504  IPC has been  registered in  P.S. Jogindernagar  on the complaint of Sh.  Padam Singh  S/O  Late. Sh. Bhagat Ram  R/O  Basahi PO  Makridi Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . He  alleged that  Krishan Chand  is  the owner of  Land Khasra  No. 965  but   a lady  Rukmani  W/O  Late. Sh. Dilu Ram is cutting the  grass  continue of said  land  . When  his wife  Pinki Devi & Sister-in-Law  Himanti Devi  denied   her to cut  the grass from  said land , in the mean time  she   started to abuse both of her . Total value of stolen grass is  Rs. 1500/-  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED

6          Accused  Ramesh Kumar  S/O Sh. Khushi Ram R/O  Bhatbas PO  Atholi Tehsil Kistwar (J&K)  &  Kishan Kumar S/O Sh. Nayab Chand  R/O  Gutthal Ghandhari PO  Atholi   Tehsil  Kistwar(J&K)  have  been arrested in  Case FIR No.210/15  dated 11/09/15  U/S 41, 42  IF Act&  U/S 379  IPC .  Arrested by ASI  Anand Kishor I.O. of P.S. Sadar on 11/09/15 at 10:30 PM

CHALLAN

7          219 Challans  were issued under    MV Act and  fine of Rs. 27,900  /-  was recovered   and 12  Challans  were issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 1200 /- was recovered and  4 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 23,500 /- was recovered    during  last 24 hours.
