CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 218/15 dated 20/09/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Kewal Krishan S/O Sh. Jai Ram  R/O  Kuthear P.O.  Chailchowk Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that  he is   working as  conductor  with  Truck(HP34D-8888). On  20/09/15   when   they were  going to Kullu alongwith  said truck  and reached  at   Siyog( near  JNV School Pandoh), in  the mean time a Car (HP31A-5454) came rashly  from Kullu side and hit   said  truck and  two person who  were boarded on said car  sustained injuries.  HC  Jagdish  Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2          Case FIR No. 240/15 dated 20/09/15  U/S 336  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on  complaint of  Smt.  Meena Kumari   W/O Sh. Sanjay  Kumar  R/O  Bharjwanu PO  Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 21/09/15  her child   namely  Karan  was playing on   the roof  of  the home and during  the  play     he   pulled  by    Electricity line  (HT). After that  said  child   got  hospitalized  at  CH Sundearngar.  HC  Pawan Kumar No. 919  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case FIR No. 249/15 dated 20/09/15  U/S 341, 323, 504   IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  on the  complaint of Smt. Asha  Devi  W/O Sh. Om Parkash R/O  Behna Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that  on 20/09/15   she  was in the way near to her home, in the mean time  Lata Devi  W/O Sh. Caman  Lal  obstructed  her way and beat her up  and she sustained injuries.  HC Rajmal  No. 875  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

4          Case FIR No. 250/15  dated 20/09/15   U/S 451, 323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh  on the complaint of  Smt. Latya Devi W/O Sh.  Chaman  Lal  R/O  Behna  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 20/09/15  Bholu, Pankaj and Om Parkash entered in her  courtyard  and beat  beat her  up  and   also threatened  her with dire consequences.  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5          96 Challans were issued under    MV Act and  fine of Rs. 14,800  /-  was recovered      during  last 24 hours.
