CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND INTIMIDTION
1 Case FIR No. 81/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 451, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Birbala W/O Sh. Uttam Singh R/O Badidhar PO Padwahan Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/09/15 she alongwith her children were present in home , in the mean time Inder Singh resident of the same locality entered in her courtyard and abused her . ASI Baldev Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 137/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by ASI Ranjit Singh I.O. of P.S. Joginderngar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Yora and during the course of patrolling he recovered 12 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Khajana Ram S/O Sh. Tek Chand R/O Hard Veharu PO Yora Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI Ranjit Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF NDPS ACT
3 Case FIR No. 229/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 20, 29 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 09/09/15 he laid a nakka alongwith other police officials at Pungh and during the course of checking of vehicles he recovered 60 Gram Charas ( Cannabis) from the possession of Motor Cycle Riders (CH01AX-0478) namely Deepak Saroa S/O Sh. Jai Karan R/O House No. 45 Sec.5 Ward No. 25 Distt. Panchkula (HR) & Dipesh Sharma S/O Sh. Dinesh Sharma R/O House No. 468 Sec.4 Panchkula (HR). HC Nand Lal No. 37 I.O. of P.S. Sunderngar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
4 Case FIR No. 228/15 dated 8/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sunderangar on the complaint of Sh. Nanku S/O Sh. Sahjad R/O Madhuwan PO Nanpara Distt. Baharej that on 08/09/15 at about 7:30 PM a he was present at Salah, in the mean time a Bus(HP69-3088) which was driven by Rajender Kumar , came rashly from Chatrokhadri side and hit him alongwith his brother Anil and they both are sustained injuries. HC Nand Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No.231/15 dated 08/09/15 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Smt. Rajni Devi W/O Sh. Dhandev R/O Bushehar PO Galma Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/09/15 Kalan Devi came alongwith her sons namely Paras Ram & Mintu , obstructed her way and beat her up and also threatened her with dire consequences. HC Rajesh Kumar No.64 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No.205/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O Sh. Nant Ram R/O Behi PO Gharan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 09/09/15 he was coming by his Truck (HP34B-9997) from Kullu towards Delhi and when he reached near Badanu, in the mean time a Eicher Truck (HR65A-5340) came rashly from Mandi side and hit his said Truck and two person who were boarded on Eicher Truck sustained injuries. Si Vishal Rathour I/C of PP Panoh is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No. 206/15 dated 09/09/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Yash Pal S/O Sh. Narain Dass R/O House No. 103/12 Ram Nagar Mandi Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he is working as a driver in HRTC Depot Kullu . On 09/09/15 he was on the route alongwith Bus (HP66-3469) from Kullu towards Chandigarh and when reached near 7 Miles, in the mean time a Bolero Jeep(PB05Y-9993) came rashly from Mandi side and hit his said Bus and two person who were boarded on said Jeep sustained injuries. HC Yash Pal No. 14 I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
8 239 Challans were issued under MV Act and fine of Rs.49,500 /- was recovered and 2 Challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
