 CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No. 209/15 dated 10/09/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been  registered in P.S.  Sadar,   on the  rukka of  ASI  Anand Kishore I.O. of  P.S. Sadar that  on 10/09/15  he was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials   at Talyahar . During  the patrolling he recovered 6000 ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession   Karam Singh  S/O Sh. Dharam Singh  R/O  Village Jhal  PO  Padhiun Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) . ASI  Anand  Kishor I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2        Case FIR No.131/15 dated 10/09/15  U/S 366, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Jai  Chand  S/O Sh. Bhag Chand  R/O  Jhugand PO  Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). He  alleged  therein  that  his  wife is missing since 26/08/15  and he  suspect that  Chaman Lal  &  Jhabe  Ram  both  resident of   Shikawari,  kidnapped  his wife .  ASI  Jeet Singh  I/C of PP  Janjehli  is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCITNG WAY AND HURT

3        Case FIR No.132/15 dated 10/09/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Keshav  Ram  S/O Sh. Param  Dev  R/O   Dhorn P.O.  Shikawari  Tehsil Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP).   That  on 09/09/15  Narender Kumar   &  Param Dev  both  resident of  Dhron PO  Shikawari Tehsil  Thunag  Distt. Mandi (HP)  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917  I.O. of PP   Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4        Case FIR No. 231/15 dated  11/09/15  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Sheelu Ram  S/O Sh. Lobhi Ram R/O  Guddidhar PO  Salwana Tehsil Sunderangar Distt. Mandi (HP). That on 10/09/15  Man Singh came alongwith  one another  person, obstructed  his way and beat him up and  he sustained  injuries.  HC  Parbakar Sharma No. 872  I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

5        Case FIR No. 114/15 dated 11/09/15  U/S 363  IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of Smt.  Anarkali W/O Sh. Ravinder Kumar  R/O  Thalichakati Tehsil  Rampur Distt. Shimla at  present  R/O  Thanali  PO  Maihandi  Tehsil  Karsog (HP).  She   alleged  therein  that  her  daughter is missing since 09/09/15 and  she  suspect that  someone  kidnapped  her daughter.  ASI  Bhom  Prakash I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating  the case.

CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 6       Case FIR No.235/15 dated 10/09/15  U/s 451, 323, 504 IPC has been  registered in P.S.   Balh on the  complaint of Sh. Jogi Ram  S/O Sh.  Dumanu Ram  R/O  Sakroha PO  Gaggal  Tehsil  Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) . That on  09.09/15  when he was  present in his home, in the mean time one  Lahula Ram entered in his courtyard and  beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  HC  Rajesh  Kumar No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF NDPS ACT

7        Case FIR. No. 237/15 dated 11/09/15  U/S 21 , 29  NDPS Act  has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by HC  Rajesh Kumar  No. 64  I.O. P.S. Balh   that on 10/09/15  he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at  Dadour and during the course  of patrolling he  recovered  07 Gram Smack  from the possession of  Ravinder Kumar  & Ashish Rana    both  are the  resident of  Nerchowk  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP).  HC Rajesh  Kumar  No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

8        254 Challans  were issued under    MV Act and  fine of Rs.35,200  /-  was recovered   and 12  Challans  were issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 1500 /- was recovered and  2 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4600/- was recovered    during  last 24 hours.
